Korea Part #2: Wearing the cutest school uniforms and going to Lotte World!

Growing up in the public school system, I’d always thought that it was such a shame that I never had to wear a uniform to school. While I’m sure that a lot of people who did have to wear them would consider me lucky for being able to wear whatever I liked, I’ve always somehow felt a bit of FOMO for that experience. So that’s why it was so much fun to be able to rent cute school uniforms and pretend to be a moe moe high schooler for one day (even though we have all stopped being high schoolers for a while 😅) and explore Lotte World as if we were on a class trip! 🥰

This is certainly not an experience that I could see myself being able to find in Canada so I’m super glad that we got to do it while in Seoul 🥹

It’s a little bit late to post trip photos but it’s still better late than never 🤭

Korea Part #1: The Korea trip made it out of the group chat! 😍

The day that we went to try on Hanboks was so hot that I was worried for a minute about overheating all day, but it turns out that hanboks can actually be quite light, which was really nice! I loved walking around Gyeongbukgung palace and seeing all the pretty colours of other people walking around in their own hanboks 🥰

You must visit @naraeul.official for a photoshoot if you come to Seoul! It was my first time doing a professional photoshoot, but the owner was so friendly, sweet, and enthusiastic that I had so much fun! It’s super easy to book through their website and you get the photos so quickly afterwards too! 10/10 activity to do either solo or with a group of friends like me 😍😍

We woke up way too early for this, but definitely worth the lack of sleep. Something about a bamboo forest makes you feel more at peace🎍🐼
