Easy oven baked Salmon recipe for busy days 🐟
Rub the Salmon with mustard . Add your favorite spices . I used onion and garlic powder, paprika, rosemary and oregano.
Bake for 30 minutes and broil until top is golden brown .
Serve with white rice and sauteed veggies.

ادهني السلمون بالخردل وضيفي البهارات اللي بتحبيها. استعملت بودرة بصل، بودرة ثوم، بابريكا، روزماري وأوريغانو. دخّليه الفرن لمدة 30 دقيقة، وبعدين حمّري الوجه لحتى يصير لونه ذهبي.

Easy Pumpkin Muffins 🍂🎃 Soft, cozy pumpkin muffins for fall!

Ingredients
* 1 can (15 oz / 425 g) pumpkin purée
* 1 cup Splenda baking sweetener
* ½ cup granulated sugar
* 3¾ cups all-purpose flour
* 5 teaspoons baking powder
* 1¼–2½ teaspoons cinnamon or pumpkin spice
* 5 eggs
* ⅔ cup oil
* ⅔ cup applesauce

Directions
Mix the ingredients well. Fill greased muffin cups about ¾ full and bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Makes about 30 muffins.
