A quote I keep circling back to and circling back to and now teach in my .045% Leadership Masterclasses.

Life is short! We only get 100 years and that’s if we are lucky!

Go for it, get in the mix!

Take the more challenging fork in the road

Have that difficult conversation, that no-one else is willing to start.

Experience life fully.

3 books I highly recommend, that complement the theme of personal growth and resilience, for anyone from late teens upwards
1: Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers

A timeless guide to overcoming fear and building confidence.
2: Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl

A profound exploration of purpose and resilience, even in the face of unimaginable hardship.
3: Atomic Habits by James Clear

A practical and engaging guide to building good habits, breaking bad ones, and making small changes that lead to remarkable results.

Calm Under Pressure – Who wouldn’t want that? 🌊✨.

I am all about tools that make us happier and propel us forward! To anyone who feels the same- suggest you put this at the top of your Gift wish-list!
HUGE thanks to DAVE WOOD @integrated_training and his amazing team, for guiding us through this transformative weekend, with lots firsts! BONUS -At Piha, my favourite place on the planet. 💜

Special shoutout to Jemarl Perata @tekaiarahi. Legend 💪

Was also a great reminder we all need to connect with something bigger than ourselves - Mother Earth, even standing on grass with our shoes off.

CHALLENGE TODAY Peeps! The science shows “paying it forward” can I have up to a 3° knock on positive effect!!

Doesn’t have to cost you a cent!

-Pay a simple compliment
-Hold the door for someone
-Give someone a surprise hug.
-Ask your teen “Is there anything I can do to help@you right now?”
