Carmel's Gossip Girlz - "Gabby"
December 11, 2012 - July 11, 2025

My little Gabby ran over The Bridge this morning, much sooner than I ever expected.

Based on how quickly she left I suspect she heard the rustling of a celestial treat bag. Or maybe she spotted Torin, Rumour and Emma calling her over?

Safe journey, my little one. Thank you for all the adventures and the love. You can sleep well now knowing you were a very good girl.

Because I rolled in it on Wednesday 😆🤣✊Did I smell? Yep. Still do. Worth it? 💯 (Even after two ✌️🛁🛁 I’d do it all over again 🤣) #redpoodle #rollingindeadstuff #sorrynotsorry by @inspired_dog

I’ve finally built a strong secondary reinforcer for Mabel - a shoulder touch to begin heeling and a hand target when we’re done - so now the fun begins. Figure 8s, signal only, verbal, changes of pace. So much fun training ahead!! #positivereinforcementdogtraining #competitiveobediencetraining #redpoodle #rescuepoodle #bestfloof by @inspired_dog

The digging that goes on every time Mabel gets ready to lie down is her full time job. In her dog bed, on the sofa, in bed at night time 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️🪏🚜 by @inspired_dog

It’s Canadian Thanksgiving! That means turkey 🦃, apple pie🥧🍎, and all the trimmings. I have so much to be thankful for, it would take more than one day ❤️ #redpoodle #autumnvibes🍁 by @inspired_dog

Mabel has a recall that would put every single one of my past dogs to shame - including Torin who holds God-like status for biddability. Good girl, Mabel ❤️ #redpoodle #morningwalk #bestfloof by @inspired_dog

Mabel woke up this morning and somehow it was 1974.
The background started spinning. Nobody asked questions. 😂

She’s taking it remarkably well.

A day late and a dollar short 🤷🏻‍♀️😆 I’ve had five #schnauzers in my life - Maddie, Emma, Reign, Rumour and Gabby ❤️ They are my ideal dog: high energy, adorable, occasionally naughty and not easy to train. Most trainers don’t love schnauzers - but here we are 🤷🏻‍♀️😆 Love ‘em and can’t get enough of ‘em! ❤️❤️❤️ by @inspired_dog
