POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Our new song “Diggin Deep” is out now on all platforms !!!! 🎶🤘🏽👽🤘🏽🎶

This song is for the ones who have known immense darkness. 🌚
A wish for you to feel so much bliss that it makes it all worth it. 🫂

For trauma survivors.. For those who fought for their souls.. For every dark night we’ve survived.
For those taking accountability, choosing sobriety, showing up for their healing—and the strength it requires. ⚔️
For the dark night of the soul—the part that feels like hell right before you reclaim your wholeness.

This one’s for you. 🖤
We hope it supports, empowers, and breathes life into every wound of the past so you may thrive in ways you never imagined.
You deserve all the bliss in existence.
We’re so proud of you for surviving. It’s your time to thrive. 👽🫶🏽

Here’s a freestyle that came through last night 🎶

In this dark …BE A LIGHT ⭐️

I know it’s heavy, chaotic, painful and terrifying to be alive right now… and i know in other moments it’s so beautiful, magical, liberating and empowering to be alive right now…

It’s okay to hold the grief, rage, anxiety and pain in one hand and the beauty, bliss, aliveness and peace in the other. In fact….. it’s HUMAN!!! & it means you aren’t numb, stuck in freeze or suppressing

All of it is catalysts inviting us to evolve & step deeper into our hearts, purpose and courage to truly share what we brought inside to extend safety, peace, freedom, equality, love and joy for the well being of all

We can take the worst of what’s happening and the best and utilize it to inspire us to show up in the ways our souls are called to, to do what we’ve been afraid to and to love and cherish every single being you come into contact with who: lives differently than you, loves differently than you, looks differently than you, feels differently than you, identities differently than you AND votes differently than you.

I know it’s intense being alive right now, I can hear the collective scream AND I can feel the bliss of the new earth emerging all at once.

Please prioritize your joy and peace so that you have the energy to uplift others and live your purpose.

Sending immense love, compassion, healing and empowerment to every single human on this planet 💙💙💙💙

Prayers for the safety, freedom, healing and upliftment of all 🌏

Its always a blessing to co create & freestyle with the legendary @jed_rangel 🎸 🎶

We know why we came here 👽🫶🏽

I’m freestyle dancing to my bands song 🎶 “That I am” 🎶 by The Sacred Flames 🔥

We each brought so much to contribute within our souls to help heal, uplift & bless this time + space

The world is on fire, the collective energy is full of rage, pain, grief, exhaustion, fear & sorrow and rightfully so with all of the injustices, deaths from genocide and so many people processing unspeakable traumas

Now more than ever we must come back to love + tune in with our souls & really feel into the truth of how we uniquely came to support the healing, joy & freedom of all life & this planet! Nobody knows your unique role but you & everyone’s looks different!

Some are meant to raise children who honor consent, celebrate diversity & accept all walks of life with profound kindness

Some are meant to support the healing of those navigating darkness because underneath that trauma & pain is hidden divine gifts and blessings that can make this world a better place

Some are meant to feel the depths of darkness, stand up as activists & Alchemize it through art, music, dance & expression

Some are meant to embody a type of bliss & joy that reminds us that even when there is so much corruption & pain there is also the ability to celebrate, give thanks & feel fully alive

Some are meant to work energetically behind the scenes transmuting heavy accumulated collective energies

Some are meant to break generational curses that have been passed down through humanity so it never happens to another human being

Some are meant to work with elders, honor them, listen to their stories and pour immense gratitude for all the ways they knowingly & unknowingly bless this planet through their life’s journey

Some are meant to see the divine genius within those who are neurodivergent and recognize the blessings, love & magic within these beautiful souls + celebrate them

Some are meant to restore the earths eco systems and plant more fruit trees & help to purify our waters

I am rooting for you and your special unique role in the healing & upliftment of all!

How can I contribute to love, safety and peace upon this planet today?

I feel the suffering of the planet so deeply and more than anything I want every single living being to be safe, free, healthy, happy and supported with shelter, clean water and food, community and fully alive in joy 💙

How can I utilize my life to amplify freedom, equality, love and unity on this planet everyday?

What is my role in healing this time and space?

Every gift I’ve been given may I utilize it to amplify freedom, love, peace, unity and equality for all

Every day I’ve been given may I bring gratitude, upliftment, support and joy

Every space I’m in may I offer safety, appreciated, love, acceptance and bliss

Every thing I feel May I remember we all collectively feel it at different moments throughout our lives and it is my job to love it, accept it, nurture it and then Alchemize it into medicine to support the well being of all

It is so heart breaking AND soul inspiring to be alive at this time!

I feel so grateful for every single soul who is asking themselves these questions and showing up in big and small ways every single day offering their life force, intentions, gifts and voices in service to a healthier, safer, more just and beautiful world for all beings

Sending compassion to all hearts that are suffering

Sending peace to all minds that are war with themselves and others

Sending joy to those who are drowning in darkness

Here is a freestyle offering to support the freedom of Palestine 🗣️

There are absolutely no words to describe the depth of grief, horror and seething rage that many of us feel at the unnecessary deaths of so many innocent people that are apart of our human family. More than 73,000 Palestinians have lost their lives to this violence and each and every single one of them were an embodiment of the divine with unique genius, gifts and love to share that we will never because of this cycle of genocide humanity has been stuck in. There is no excuses. There is no justifications as to why this is ever okay for any reason.

This genocide has cost 112 billion dollars so far….. imagine if that money was used to shelter the homeless, heal the sick, help the disabled, support those who are mentally suffering, restore the eco systems, provide access to clean water to everyone globally … what a different world it would be

21.7 billion dollars of that amount came from the US……. Imagine what 21.7 billion dollars could have done for all those on the streets and those in need

This world could heal so quickly if we just invested our resources into those in need, the health of the earth and well being of all our people globally

We are done with this cycle of war and are ready to truly live in peace globally and turn this energy that has gone to war for too long into healing, upliftment and unity

With all of our hearts, let us realize what it is we came to contribute to the freedom, safety, love and unity of all and live our souls purpose full out

It’s needed now more than ever

To help Palestinian children in need we can donate to @thepcrf 💙💙 even a little goes a long way!

If anybody is down to throw a benefit show to raise funds for Palestine we’d be honored to offer our music to help 💙💙💙

Sending so much love to every single heart globally! We can shift this in this lifetime. It’s why we came 🌍

May all beings be free!! 🗣️

May all cultures be celebrated!! 🗣️

May all children be safe!! 🗣️

May all orientations be loved!! 🗣️

May all eco systems be restored!! 🗣️

May all identities be supported!! 🗣️

May every human being have shelter, clean water and *poison free* food globally!! 🗣️

May every woman be empowered & protected!!! 🗣️

We are not doomed… I repeat we are not doomed!! 📢😅 Do not buy into the fear propaganda or the division tactics 👁️ We hold the solutions for every problem! We can bring healing to this planet! We can contribute and make this world feel safer, kinder and more loving for others 🥳

I’m so lucky to be alive on a planet filled with so much diversity, creativity and beauty !! 🥹 I am so inspired witnessing the strength, genius and gifts of so many who are stepping forward to contribute their gifts and energy towards freedom, equality, love, joy and unity FOR ALL! 🌏

This song is an offering from our band to empower liberation of all beings 🗣️ “Together as one” by The Sacred Flames 🔥 @the_sacred_flames

No AI was involved in the creation of this song 🤖 it just so happens to be an organic homegrown song from hearts and souls of two friends who want to see everyone on this planet thrive 🎵 (I can’t believe I have to say that now …WTF 🤣 👀)

Punk rock breathed life back into me countless times as I was navigating this intense, corrupt, painful and dark realm… there’s something about the wild freedom encoded within it that feels like LIBERATION!!! 🔥🤘🏽😻🤘🏽🔥

Shout out to my legendary bandmate @jed_rangel who is shreddin this mf solo !! 🎸 🎶 💥

& shout out to @wulf_teeth for coming through with the badass drums!! 🥁 🔥

Every single being on this planet holds incomparable value and unique divine gifts that they brought to make this world a better place 👁️

When we co create safe, accepting, healing, joyful and healthy environments we support the ability for those divine gifts and the unique genius within all to emerge 🥳

May we rise as one humanity to co create a world where all beings are safe, equal, sheltered, happy, healthy and FREE!! 🌏

I’m dancing to my bands punk rock song “Together as one” by The Sacred Flames 🔥 @the_sacred_flames 🎶

Together let’s co create a world:

Where all kids are safe 💙

Where every culture is celebrated and respected for the unique blessing it is to humanity 👁️

Where every human is free to be who and how they are as long as it isn’t harming anyone 🌈

Where diversity fills our hearts with so much inspiration and gratitude for the gift of being able to witness all of the ways humans/the divine can exist 🫂

Where we understand that many paths lead to love and different people need different paths, that none are better than the other, and we respect what feels right for each person 🥹

Been feeling so much rage at the injustices that continue happening 🤬 There are not even words for the corruption that exists on this planet 😤💔 Let’s Alchemize this rage into fuel and take inspired action, speak up and create for the highest good of humanity, this planet and all life!! 🌏

I know that we are the solution!!! 🗣️ I know that each and every person brought unique divine gifts to help heal this time and space!! I know we came to leave this a safer, happier and more just world 🫂

We are better than this ‼️ We can utilize the resources that have been going towards genocide, imprisoning innocent “immigrants” (aka our human family) and war to house the homeless, support the sick, create safe spaces and help people who are suffering. 👁️ With all of my heart let’s make the shift as one humanity, globally, in this lifetime!!! 🥳

May all beings be safe, free, happy, supported and whole 💕

May kids be protected at all costs, for the future of humanity depends on it 🧿

Shout out to the homie @wulf_teeth who blessed this track with badass drums 🥁

One of my favorite moments happened before the party had even really begun. ✨

I came into our opening circle with buzzy-anxious energy of excitement, and some heaviness from the day before that I hadn’t been able to shake off.

And then we sat down together, breathed, relaxed, and listened.

We let go of what no longer served us. We were held by sound and invited to connect with ourselves, and the biggest vision we have for our lives.

We imagined the best possible outcomes.

We imagined finding our tribe - the people who see us, love us, support us and celebrate who we are. Allowing ourselves to feel what it would be like to already be surrounded by them.

And there we were… literally surrounded by one another. 🥹

I got chills. I tiered up. I could feel energy moving through every cell of my body.

By the end of the circle, I remember feeling like: even if this was all I received from today, I feel complete.

Everything that unfolded afterward, the dancing, conversations, food, laughter, new connections, felt like a beautiful bonus (they sparkly cherry on top!) 🍒

This is why we gather with intention. 💫

Super special thanks to @inspired_wildfire for the incredibly powerful opening circle 💗 and @bthewizardart for the beautiful sound bath 🙏🏽
