🔒 90 DAYS. WE’RE LOCKED IN.

The 30-day challenge was only the beginning. Now we’re taking it to another level. For the next 90 days, the goal is simple: 1 active activity every single day. 🏃🏽‍♂️💪🏽

This time, I won’t be doing it alone. Carol, Addy, Jeury, Phil, and Jeremy will all be part of this journey. We’re going to push each other, hold each other accountable, and challenge ourselves to become better mentally, physically, and spiritually.

And the best part? Anyone is invited to join us. 🙌🏽 You don’t have to be a runner, you don’t have to be in shape, and you don’t have to be perfect. Just be willing to show up and put in the work.

Day 13/90 💪🏽🔥
I was literally about to leave the gym, but I ran into my boy Jeury and ended up getting another workout in! 😂💯 Sometimes, all it takes is the right people around you to push you beyond what you thought you had left in the tank.
Moral of the story: Don’t always settle for what you planned to do. Push yourself to do a little more. Growth happens when you step outside your comfort zone, and discipline is choosing to keep going even when you feel like you’re done.
