Sometimes the shift isn’t getting something new.

It’s seeing what you already have differently.

OCTOBER’S WORD: ABUNDANCE ✨

What does abundance mean to you?

Is it means having more?
Feeling like you have enough?
Maybe it means noticing the resources, opportunities, and possibilities that are already around you?

For me, abundance has started to mean something deeper.

It’s learning to look at what I already have and ask:
“How can this help me create more of the life I want?”

This month, I’m paying attention to where I’m living from scarcity, where I’m saying “I can’t” or “I’m supposed to,” and where I can shift my perspective and remember that I have a choice.

Abundance is realizing you already have more possibility than you thought you did. ✨

So let’s start October with this question:
Where do you already have abundance in your life?

There’s a different direction I’ve been quietly moving toward that I haven’t really been talking about out loud yet…

I’ve started sharing little pieces with a few people, but I’m still keeping most of it to myself for now. 🤭

I’m making sure everything is aligned, everything is prepared, and that I’m ready for what’s next before I start sharing more.

I’ve realized that not everything needs to be announced while it’s still becoming.

Some things get to be built quietly first.

But when I finally tell you what I’ve been up to… I think you’re going to understand why I’ve been so quiet. 👀

Almost a year ago, I took a chance and booked a women’s retreat in the mountains with a bunch of strangers from social media.

And wow… I had no idea how much that one decision would change me.

I met incredible women, made friendships I still have today, pushed myself outside of my comfort zone, and left with a completely different perspective on what can happen when you just take the risk.

Looking back, so much of what I experienced on that trip has continued to inspire the way I live my life.

I actually wrote a little more about that inspiration in my newest piece over on Substack. 🥰

And now River & Root is getting ready for their THIRD retreat. 🥹

Funny how one little yes can turn into so much more.

I haven’t talked about it nearly enough, but I’ve been working on this for a long time. Poems from different seasons of my life, pieces I wrote when I didn’t know what else to do with what I was feeling, and words I almost kept to myself.

Now I’m finishing it.
And then I’m putting it out into the world.

I think the scary part isn’t failing.
It’s never finding out what could’ve happened if I just tried.

The poem book is coming. And I’m actually really freaking excited about it.

ONE ACCOUNT. ALL OF ME. ✨

August’s word was PURPOSE.
September’s word is ALIGNMENT.

And somewhere between the two, I realized I had been trying to fit myself into boxes I was never meant to fit into.

I was categorizing myself. Trying to figure out which account I was “supposed” to post certain things on. Trying to follow the rules of social media, the algorithms, the trends, the expectations…

And I HATED IT!!

My purpose is to be authentically me. To create, write, inspire, learn and grow. Also to be messy sometimes and to be confident in other times.

I don’t want to put myself into one category just because it makes more sense to an algorithm or to other people.

I want to be a whole person. 😂

So I’m bringing all of my Instagram worlds into ONE place.

If you’re following this account, you’re in the right place. This is where I’m sharing all of it. The business, the writing, the behind-the-scenes, the lessons, the random thoughts, the becoming, the dreams, and everything in between.

Inspired D’ayley was never meant to be about clothes.

It’s about reminding women of their power, becoming who you were created to be, and realizing that your life can be so much bigger than the boxes you were handed.

I’m choosing
alignment over expectations.
Purpose over perfection.
And being fully, unapologetically ME over trying to make myself make sense to everyone else.

Here’s to a limitless life. ✨
