What a weekend! The ladies SENT IT, such an honor to meet the hero’s pushing women’s mtn biking to the next level. Thank you @redbull for including the women at this year’s #redbullrampage, such an insane event in one of my favorite places on the planet 📸 @etree taken in Virgin, Utah by @insta_amy

My dad passed away early Christmas morning, he was a great man who will be dearly missed. He gave me my love for the outdoors, camping, and the pristine wilderness, southern Utah and Arches, Zion and Bryce Canyon and of course, Disneyland, my love of film and musicals (iykyk) and classical music, my appreciation for fast cars and football and basketball (go Cougs!), and maybe most importantly, the simple act of being kind to those less fortunate. And who can forget his love of pranks and great sense of humor!
Our family would love to see all the ole Marrcrest and Pleasant View 6th ward crew at the funeral this Thursday the 4th in Spanish Fork, details are in his obituary or please reach out to our family. 💔 by @insta_amy

RIP Poncho
My little buddy, the MFP, my road trip co-pilot, fearless hiker, muse and best friend. The chillest chihuahua and most loyal companion, your big personality in that tiny body had me laughing every damn day (those costumes!). Thank you for holding on til I was done with my event so I could be by your side during your final days. You’ve left a huge gaping hole in our hearts and an empty place on my lap. I dream about seeing you again someday waiting for me at the top of the stairs, patient as ever. My dear sweet boy, Poncho. 💔💔💔 by @insta_amy
