The real question is, “Do we try for another?” 👶🏻 My Parents definitely didn’t hold back their opinions on Mother’s Day yesterday. What do you think? 💭 Does Adara need a sibling?!! We are making our way out of the trenches now. What a complete life shift we’ve experienced over the last several months. Parenthood is not for the weak... Thank God she’s cute! 😅 by @instacham

So excited to introduce Chammy Chan, the newest member of our team.

From first consultation to recovery, she breaks down what it truly means to advocate for patients and create a seamless, supportive experience.
A thoughtful conversation on trust, longevity in healthcare, and the people behind great outcomes. by @instacham

Sound on: Did Adara say “I love you,” “yes/yeah,” & “I know,” or do I have selective hearing?? 😅🤣 Baby cooing is my favorite part of this age. She’s 3 months young and couldn’t be any sweeter! 🥰 by @instacham

Adara’s First Christmas. Happy to share joy as much as we lived it. Hope you all had a lovely holiday season! 🎄🦌🙏🏼🎁 by @instacham

Hi I’m Adara and I turned 1 month young today. 🥳 My Mom is having trouble posting my newborn pics on her account so we’re posting from mine. For those of you wondering, I’m a pretty good baby (most of the time). I can be fussy, especially if I’m over-tired. I can’t stand if there’s a tiny amount of pee in my diaper so I scream to let everyone know I need a fresh, new one. Aside from that, I’m a delight and I really love my Parents. Haven’t figured out who the furry guys are in our house but they seem to have accepted me as the newest housemate. Happy New Year everyone… 2026 is going to be fantastic (full of personal growth for all of us)!!! 🙌🏼 by @instacham
