POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A HUGE HUGE SHOUTOUT TO EVERYONE WHO SHOWED UP, SUPPORTED, SHARED, & SENT ME A MESSAGE ABOUT THIS EVENT 🤍✨💫
“A MILE FOR OUR MENTAL”

I’m still at loss for words to explain how AMAZINGGG this made me feel. It was such a beautiful outcome and such a perfect day. God gave me a calling and this is only the beginning of something greater. I had such a hard time trying to share a little bit of my most recent experience , it’s difficult to PUBLICLY speak on a sensitive subject and I didn’t even want to look anyone in the eyes lol but I wanted to get my point across. I am truly honored that you guys trust me enough to share a bit of your stories with me which is why I wanted to let you guys in a bit on my life. I haven’t been too vocal about anything I’ve gone through because my experiences have made me feel the need to take a step back & keep to myself… but I want to get back to who I truly am & be able to share my stories to inspire & to build a safe space where we know we can count on one another & to know that YOU MATTER 🤍

THANK YOU @instagallery_sd @ @thegodwithnoname for capturing this day for me & supporting the movement.

Major shoutout to my #1 supporter @yessy_r1223 for always believing in me and being supportive behind everything I set my mind to.

For the slow days, late nights, and everything in between. Just one of those Tulüm nights - good music, warm air, and nowhere else to be 🌴🌙✨🤎

No excuses. No shortcuts. Just showing up and putting in the work. 🏋️‍♀️🔥
One workout at a time. One stronger version of me at a time. 💪🏼
