๐Ÿ“บ ๐—ง๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ต ๐—ก๐—ฒ๐˜„๐˜€ ๐——๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—น๐˜†: Apple's new Siri Remote has Find My built in, plus a speaker so it can ping you from under the couch. The good news: you don't need the new Apple TV 4K to get it. It works with every Apple TV back to the Apple TV HD and sells on its own for $59. Ships Nov 13. ๐Ÿ”Ž Want the "20 feet away" Precision Finding? That part needs an iPhone 17 or later, iPhone Air, or iPhone Duo (not the 17e). Keeping older gear useful is kind of my whole thing. Inside look at a @google Pixel 9 charger port replacement! ๐Ÿ› ๏ธโšก When your phone stops taking a charge, a damaged or worn USB-C port is usually the main suspect. Instead of replacing the entire device, a quick sub-board swap or repair gets it powered back up like new. Got a phone, tablet, or device acting up? Drop a comment or send a DM to get it back in working order! ๐Ÿ”Œโœจ #Pixel9 #GooglePixel #ElectronicsRepair #TechSupport #RightToRepair taken in EARTH by @instakyle.tech

Ever wonder what $700 worth of @dyson engineering looks like in pieces? ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ This V15 Detect came in with a classic cold-boot power failureโ€”it would start for a second, cut off, and take half a dozen trigger squeezes just to stay running. Dysonโ€™s official answer? Buy a whole new main body. Our answer? Complete teardown to the motor control PCB. Swipe to see the repair! ๐Ÿ‘ˆ Found the culprit on the board: three factory smoothing capacitors placed directly next to a 125,000 RPM heat-generating motor. Over time, heat degrades their internal resistance until they canโ€™t hold a startup charge. Theyโ€™re caked in dust and ready to retire. Desoldered the failing OEM parts and upgraded the board with top-tier, automotive-grade Rubycon hybrid polymer capacitors. These bad boys are rated for 125ยฐC heat with ultra-low ESRโ€”far exceeding factory specs to give this repair maximum lifespan. Sealed back up with fresh conformal coating! Full multi-cycle cold-boot testing complete! One trigger squeeze, instant power, and zero shutdowns. Restored for a fraction of the cost of a new unit and kept high-end gear out of the landfill. taken in EARTH by @instakyle.tech
