Potato waffle with tofu scramble!! The waffle maker is more versatile than you think it's going to be. Also, if you squirt 2 different color sauces on your food it looks super fancy. 🐼🐼

I forgot how easy and yummy tofu Chocolate Pie is. This one turned out good. Oat hazelnut crust for a Nutella-y experience.

The @bluemountainorganics hazelnut butter and @guittardchocolate chips made it awesome!!!

Philadelphia seriously lacked decent bagels until @essenbakery opened near my house. Their bagels transported me to a childhood in South Florida filled with NY style bagels (and bialys). They inspired me to make fermented vegan cream cheese. The cheese turned out so good, and I was in bagel heaven. Then, Essen closed. And, now I have to make bagels along with the cream cheese.

Who's been to a taqueria with a McDougall menu?!? It's one of the best parts of the Sonoma County food scene for vegans!! I miss them and sometimes make my own, but they're never as good. 🐼🐼

Beat the heat with a sandwich! 🥪 (But the house gets hot when you bake the bread and make the tofu and spinach. 🫤)

Tofu makes the best looking and tasting "egg," don't you think? If you make the tofu, potatoes and Brussel sprouts in the oven you have time to make yourself some gluten free Flatbread. What is your favorite big breakfast? 🐼🐼
