Our hearts are with 🇻🇪 Venezuela

It’s been two weeks since the major earthquakes hit and help is still needed for the thousands that have been affected.
To show our support, we’ve created a special country inspired drop that is now live in our shop. All proceeds will go to @globalempowermentmission + @welove_foundation :two orgs that have been fully committed to provide daily humanitarian aid and support to help all those affected to recover and rebuild.

Happy birthday to @womenmakemoveslondon 🎉💖

What started as a few women moving together has grown, little by little, into a beautiful sisterhood. A community built on support, friendship, fun, and cheering each other on through all the incredible things we do.

We’re so grateful for every woman who has been part of the journey so far.

To celebrate, we’re hosting a special birthday walk/run this Sunday. If you support Women Make Moves, we’d love to celebrate with you. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re part of the community already or joining us for the first time.

From the multiple adventures to the beautiful connections I’ve made, to leading and coaching (10 years omg) to even the questioning and learning of self- it all has been a blessing. May it keep going 🙏🏽

Another wonderful weekend, another wonderful reminder that the power of building+ leading with love while continuously believing in the success of others is UNMATCHED.

From showcasing + creating art to sharing miles and cheering on our runners- a lot of support and love was poured into this week. We had eleven incredible women train together, lift each other up,and officially become London Marathoners.We also had an incredible cheersquad supporting all the runners from beginning to the end. I couldn’t be any more grateful & proud of my fellow LDN 👑 leader @harkirankalsi ,captain @atloverly and my athletes for making this London weekend one for the books 🫶🏽ILY

Women Make Moves has blossomed beyond my wildest dreams and it has been truly moving to witness NYC+LDN come together and shine in so many ways. I cannot wait for what’s to come cause it’s only going to get brighter from here ⚡️

There’s not enough words to encompass @thespeedproject experience. Quite honestly, I don’t think there will ever be enough- Because this experience is beyond words: its sights, sounds, and feelings. It’s the sunrises and sunsets,the deep breath you take before you go into a dark segment, the long roads, the cheers & delulu laughter from your teammates, the questions you ask yourself, the desert sand that that surrounds you and ends up in your shoes, the crackling electricity of the powerlines and yet…there is still so much more.

This year was extra special because I got to bring @womenmakemoves. To be able to venture into the unknown with these twelve incredible women and watch them choose to continuously conquer each segment (no matter how tired or how scary it may be) was nothing short of amazing. These three days were a beautiful reminder that when we say yes, we invite possibility into our lives and the ability to learn what we are capable of and just how far we can go.

We covered over 300 miles and literally supported each other the whole way through. This is truly what WMM is about and I couldn’t be any more proud and grateful for this team. I am also grateful for my three wonderful co-captains (@gweets , @sindeexo , and @pegclegg )who were our anchor, light, and heart. Thank you for all your help to get us to Vegas safe, healthy and in good spirits.

THE NEXT STOP IS…LALV 🌵

I am super excited to return to @thespeedproject and this time it’s extra special because I get to do so with @womenmakemoves .This is not only a physical journey but an exploration of working together & testing limits as we head into the unknown. WMM has been about growing together and supporting each other through the ups and downs and I cannot wait to take on this adventure with this incredible line up of women. Juntas brillamos mas ⚡️

In just a short matter of time, we’ll be making relay moves from Santa Monica allllll the way to Sin City on foot! -insert all the feels-

The whole team- from my amazing co captains, crew and runners, have been preparing for this for the last few months and I cannot express how grateful we are for all the support and love we have received. A little glimpse from recent conversations I’ve had over the past two weeks with some of my athletes.

There is so much more to coaching than just creating a training schedule. I never take these connections for granted and take great pride in being in their corner.

Whether you’re in the thick of training, starting up/back pr thinking about it, here’s a few reminders that can apply for all ⚡️

WOMEN MAKE MOVES TURNS 4 ⚡️🎉

Today we officially are another year older but we kicked off the celebrations on Sunday not only to honor our crew, but all the women making moves from the past, present and future on International Women’s day.

We couldn’t be anymore grateful to those who came to join us, who’ve supported us and to those who’ve held space for us- big thank you to @therepmusiccafe and of course our home, @urbanasanas urbanasanas

For four years we’ve held this space for all women/ women- identifying/non-binary runners to move & grow. It’s been a blessing to have everyone who joins us add extra magic to our Thursdays. Regardless of pace, age, ability, we are here to remind you that you belong- We all belong.
