Resident Evil Requiem has stuck with me long after credits rolled and I'm over the moon with the announcement of Resident Evil Veronica and the Unshatter Movie.

This is my love letter to the Resident Evil series highlighting Leon S. Kennedy's journey across a trilogy of games. It’s about finding resilience in your darkest hours - survival horror.

It was very fulfilling editing together the action, music, and gameplay that makes this series so special.

Dave “Dubz” Wong (@theedubz): “So now that Linkin Park is back…and Bleach is back…I want Anime AMVs back.”

Linkin Park x Bleach - The Emptiness Machine AMV

From Zero to Thousand-Year Blood War

AMVs got me into editing. Back in the day, I would repeatedly watch edited clips of Yu-Gi-Oh! set to Numb or Gundam Wing set to In the End. There was something about the fusion of anime & music that I couldn’t get enough of. I wanted to make my own someday.

Now as an Editor, when I hear the lyrics of a favorite song, it invokes certain images in my brain. Enough of them pile up in my head and I want to put those pictures together in reality.

Editing clips with music is like working on a puzzle. You try different combinations based on instinct and your tastes tell you if what you’re seeing is working or not. It’s a lot of fun.

Hours go by as the video takes shape. This must be what flow feels like. At the end of it, I have this music video that I can watch over and over - like I did all those years ago.

The Justice League Dark Deck-Building Game is out now! I had an awesome opportunity to help playtest on this set and contribute my knowledge to the game. As a fan of the shows: Arrow and Young Justice, it was cool to see characters like Ragman and Klarion make their deck-building debut. 🧙‍♂️

I’m ecstatic that there is also the One-Shot Pack expansion to the DC Comics Deck-Building Rebirth game, and that you can now play as Green Arrow and Black Canary! 🏹 Rebirth was one of my favorite games from 2019 and I love the cooperative gameplay.
