Have I mentioned I love my job? And not only for the perks👀 but those are a plus 😂.

No but i definitely needed an adjustment today. It’s been a week with my ankle injury and my knee and hip were starting to affect me bc of how I’ve been walking(limping😂) I can honestly say I felt GREAT after (this clip only shows the first half of the appt) it didn’t fix my ankle pain but my hips are aligned the way they should be and I’m healing little by little. Hoping to get my running shoes back on by next week!

Everyday we have to make a choice. It’s simple. Either we choose to stay where we are or we choose to be better.

I did not want to get up when my alarm went off at 5am😂. But I made a promise to myself when I signed up for the Nike After Dark Tour - Los Angeles Half Marathon that if I got in I was going to give it everything I have and that’s what I’m doing.
