One whole year down at Goosehead! Cannot express enough how grateful I am for this job. Moving to a brand new state, not knowing a soul, and building a book of business entirely through referrals was no small challenge. But through it all, I have found that the “process”—the day in, day out, grind—will always prevail. Not dwelling on the wins and losses, but rather focusing on the daily steps you must take to one day reach your desired goals. The past year has been full of many ups and many downs, but I can honestly say this has been one of the most fun years of my life.
