Breathe. Flow. Do it again.

Feel the movement.
Let it flow.

One decision.
One breath.
One movement at a time.

Every day feels different.

The energy changes.
The flow changes.
The movement changes.
Your mood changes.

But sometimes, even when everything in you wants to stop, you can make one small decision:

Not because everything suddenly feels easier.
Just because you decided to start.

And sometimes, that’s enough to shift something.

It starts inside.
Then you begin to see it outside.

Sometimes changing your day starts with changing your rhythm.

A stretch.
A breath.
A little sunlight.
A few minutes on the mat.

Nothing big.
Nothing long.

Just one small decision that makes everything feel a little different.

Move something outside.
See what shifts inside.

Come move with me:

But I also know that sometimes it’s just about making one small decision, then another.

The idea is to quiet the voices that don’t really matter, so you can hear your own.

Let’s flow together.
Every Friday at 9 AM and Sunday at 5 PM.
Find the link in my bio.

I’m leaving the poem I mention in the video below. Read it as many times as you need.

The Journey

One day you finally knew
what you had to do, and began,
though the voices around you
kept shouting
their bad advice—
though the whole house
began to tremble
and you felt the old tug
at your ankles.
“Mend my life!”
each voice cried.
But you didn’t stop.
You knew what you had to do,
though the wind pried
with its stiff fingers
at the very foundations—
though their melancholy
was terrible.
It was already late
enough, and a wild night,
and the road full of fallen
branches and stones.
But little by little,
as you left their voices behind,
the stars began to burn
through the sheets of clouds,
and there was a new voice
which you slowly
recognized as your own,
that kept you company
as you strode deeper and deeper
into the world,
determined to do
the only thing you could do—
determined to save
the only life you could save.
