I love your “too sensitive” side. You should too ❤️

We talk a lot about healing, but we rarely talk about what it actually looks like in real life: the small, awkward, vulnerable moments where you’re trying to feel again after years of shutting down.

Coming back into your body isn’t glamorous. It’s slow, it’s unfamiliar, and sometimes it feels scary even when no one is watching you.

This is one of the ways I practise reconnecting with myself. Not through thinking or analysing, but by listening to my body. Letting it move before my mind jumps in to control or judge it.

If you’ve spent a long time living in your head, you’re not broken; you’re just out of practice with feeling ❤️

For my fellow “replay-the-conversation-10-times-before-bed” people…
you’re not broken. Your brain is just convinced it has to get it perfect to feel safe.
This one’s for you 💛

When you learn the difference between your Ruminator (the part that protects you by overthinking) and the Reflector (the part that helps you actually grow + reconnect), the spiral finally starts to soften.

Healing means feeling.

And for so many of us, that’s the hardest part.

Because feeling joy can feel dangerous.
Feeling grief can feel endless.
Feeling anger can feel unsafe.

But healing is learning to let those feelings move through — without shutting down, without making yourself smaller.

One day at a time my loves 🌸

Brisbane/GC: join the waitlist for a full day workshop in my bio 💕

That voice in your head?
The one that tells you you’re not doing enough?
We created space for it.
To understand it. To soften it.
And in doing that — people started to feel lighter.
A full-day version of this healing workshop is coming soon ✨

Ever say no and then spiral with guilt for hours? I see you 😎

People-pleasing isn’t just about being nice — it’s about survival, approval, and old patterns we didn’t choose.

You’re not selfish for setting boundaries. You’re just not used to choosing you.

If someone finds the manual for your 20s, please send it my way! Until then, let’s remember: we don’t have to buy into the pressure to have it all figured out by now. This decade is tricky.

What’s the hardest part for you right now? Share below — we’re in this together ❤️

Do you feel exhausted no matter how much you sleep or rest? You may be burnt out.

Lately I’ve been noticing it in myself - and in so many others.
Burnout that doesn’t just feel like tiredness…but like emotional shutdown.

The kind of burnout where our inner critic tells us there’s more we could be doing or that it’s wrong to pause for a second.

Signs you might miss:
- Emotional flatness or disconnect
- Guilt about slowing down
- A loud inner critic when you try to rest
- Feeling like you have to push through
- Irritability and agitation
- Constant fatigue, even after sleep
- Wanting to withdraw, but also craving care

If this sounds familiar - you’re not alone.

Your nervous system is tired of pushing. And your inner child may just be asking for gentle, sustainable care.
This video is a moment I gave myself and my inner child that care.

A breath, a pause, and the honour of looking after her.

Dancing is one of the most natural ways we return to ourselves.

It activates joy, presence, and play — all core qualities of the inner child. When we move freely, without performance or pressure, we access a part of us that remembers what it’s like to feel safe, expressive, and alive.

From a psychological and somatic lens, movement like dance helps regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect us with our bodies — especially if we’ve spent a long time disconnecting from ourselves and living in survival mode.

This is inner child work too.
Not just the deep reflection — but the moments of joy, silliness, and freedom that our younger selves needed and deserved.
