First, I want to sincerely thank everyone who has been patiently waiting, supporting, and showing love to Restorative Rest with Nevaeh! 💙

I’ve been taking my time to create something truly special. Not just a sound bath, but a peaceful sanctuary where you can escape the noise of everyday life, release what you’ve been carrying, and simply BE. 🧘🏽‍♀️🪷

I believe that healing should never feel rushed, and neither should creating a space dedicated to it.

I’m so excited to announce that my Oceanic Sound Bath Experiences will be coming SOONER than you think! 🌊✨

Imagine 45 minutes of soothing ocean sounds, healing vibrations, guided relaxation, and pure tranquility. A moment where nothing is required of you but to breathe, rest, and receive.

And yes, your experience will include complimentary tea and a light snack. ☕💕

Thank you for trusting my vision and allowing me to bring this beautiful experience to life. I can’t wait to welcome you into my little piece of paradise. 🧜🏽‍♀️💙

Did you take a deep breath today?

Don’t just take one…take a few deep breaths but slowly. ✨💕🧘‍♀️ As you’re taking those breaths inhale 7 seconds through your nose, exhale 7 seconds through your mouth. Let’s do this 7 times and focus on the sound of your breathing, and the seat that you’re in. Ground yourself in that e act spot and feel exactly where you are. As your mind is clearing smile and be thankful for just this moment because this moment matters to your nervous system. We are resetting your nervous system.

I want this for us, so I started with me first and I’ll share my experience and reset techniques with you until we all can just breathe. Ase 🙌🏽

If this simple technique helped you, I can’t wait for you to receive the full experience.
