We thrive on challenging briefs, finding creative solutions and managing every stage of the journey, from initial concept through to completion. And our support doesn’t stop once you’ve moved in. #CommercialInteriors #OfficeFitOut #WorkplaceDesign #ProjectManagement by @interactivespace

Volante | Lloyd’s of London, 10,000 sq ft CAT B. We successfully delivered Volante’s new 10,000 sq ft office within the iconic Lloyd’s of London building. The brief: a modern, minimalist workspace that reflects Volante’s forward-thinking approach as a multi-class MGA and Lloyd’s Syndicate specialising in niche re/insurance products. Our scope covered design, project management, cost consultancy and full fit-out, delivering a space that matches the calibre of its surroundings. A landmark building deserves a contemporary workspace, and that’s exactly what we delivered. #Commercial #FitOut #ProjectManagement by @interactivespace
Skuld | The Gherkin, 7,000 sq ft CAT B. From the very beginning, Skuld were set on The Gherkin for their new London headquarters, an iconic City address with the presence, profile and location they needed. The design reflects Skuld’s contemporary brand, with sleek materials and a sophisticated palette. Acoustic panels were used across walls and ceilings, serving both a practical acoustic function and a decorative design purpose. Bespoke joinery was introduced throughout the space, cleverly concealing columns, plumbing and other services while creating a clean, refined and highly considered finish. A striking lounge area adds flexibility and impact, creating a premium setting for both staff and visitors. An iconic location, refined detailing, and premium client-facing facilities, all delivered on scope. #CommercialInteriors #OfficeFitOut #ProjectManagement #WorkplaceDesign by @interactivespace
