Jjoska returns to Interfonic with a four-track statement of intent, drawing a direct line back to the rolling grooves and stripped-back swing of early-2000s tech house.

As the figurehead of Interfonic, Jjoska has spent the past few years building the label into a home for tight, dancefloor-focused house and tech house, and this EP is him stepping back into the spotlight with 4 tunes that really cement his own personal sound.

'What It Is' is a real ode to straight-up early 00's tech house! A groove that's locked in and just doesn't quit! 'Size Mick' opens with a bouncing, percussive groove and a bassline that doesn't sit still, setting the tone for a record built on swing and spectacle. 'Hornet' ratchets things up with driving, locked-in lead synths and a stripped, late-night rhythm section, while 'L.O.T.P' closes the EP out with rolling drums and hypnotic, looped vocal chops made for the middle of the dancefloor. by @interfonic

Introducing our esteemed guest for this Saturday… @lamache.music

Originally from Toulouse, Lamache’s career started at a young age.
Inspired by artists who, back then, and still today keep the underground electronic music scene thriving, he has quickly progressed amongst the ranks proving himself as a talented and versatile DJ.

Moving first to Paris to study electronic music culture and sound engineering, the exposure to a wealth of new and unique sounds and environments led him to make the natural migration to London, the melting pot of music, artists and culture.

Formerly a member of Toi Toi Musik collective, an established and admired party and label amongst music heavy weights that is based in London, his newest project has led him to Berlin where his focus remains on growing his potential in the studio and concentrating on his label; Discobar.

It’s a privilege, and an honour to welcome him to Wollongong this Saturday.

Final release tickets moving quickly, you won’t want to miss this one xx by @interfonic
