One thing about those vibes. They are forever evolving. “Daily Deposits” aka intentionality can help ease the bustle of the hustle.

I believe the small, intentional things you do every day like the morning coffee, the solo lunch at a new café, the walk you actually take are deposits. And they compound. 💰It’s helped me tremendously.

My current vibes are :

📱Keeping the 62+ community safe in a cyber world moving way too fast. @lovedbycsf

🛫Melting into spaces that expand me ✨ hotels, third spaces, and everywhere travel takes you.

🤸🏾‍♀️Trying new wellness tips that keep me focused, sane, and showing up whole. (going animal based, strength training and cutting sugar has been amazing)

☕️And coffee? Chile, coffee is ALWAYS the vibe especially when it means spotlighting the small businesses that make a city worth exploring.

Sweet and Savory won the day…in my books! @greenvilledrive Executive Chef, Austyn McGroarty created a perfect bite with innovative whipped hollandaise sauce that gave @jimcantore a brunch mustache 😂!! It was definitely a brunch gem at euphoria Greenville Feast by the Field Jazz Brunch!

when I say I’m “outside” I really mean I’m in a booth at Tacozzini. 😂

mojo chicken salad 🍋‍🟩 mojo marinated chicken breast, fresh pico, Monterey jack, avocado ranch over mixed greens. always hits.

cauliflower pepperoni pizza and the smokehouse wings on rotation too. can’t go wrong.

string lights on the patio, neighborhood vibes, quality food every single time. a fam favorite, second post to prove it. 💌

Organic single-origin Cold Brew Coffee, Salted Maple Latte & Nature’s Aid will be poured at @euphoriagreenville Feast by the Field on Saturday 9/19 12-4pm!
