A bit of extra comfort and versatility for this T6 👌🏻

We fitted an @onairsuspension rear air suspension package, paired with an @air_lift_company
WirelessAir controller for simple, wire-free pressure adjustment.

Unlike the extreme lowering kits we know and love, this one focuses more on comfort and practicality. It has full rear height adjustment which helps with carrying weight, loading/unloading and towing, but also dramatically improves the ride quality when the van is empty.

The WirelessAir remote gives 2-way adjustability, from the driver's seat or from outside. It also has smartphone connectivity.

We recently had the pleasure of installing a full Air Lift suspension package on this Scirocco R.

The custom boot setup integrates the tank and subwoofer beneath a false floor, giving a clean OEM+ finish without sacrificing usable boot space.

A lot of work goes into the details on every install, and we think this one came together really nicely.

Having fitted air on this Golf R a number of years ago, we recently had it back in with a new owner and new wheels. They were... Tight 😅

It needed the Intermotiv "shoehorn treatment". Now running adjustable rear camber arms with the front maxed out. Topped off with a cautious alignment to make it all work.

It came out pretty well 👌🏻

This is why we’re picky about air suspension installs, even when done by "professionals".

The rear suspension on this car was installed with inadequate mounts. The top mount wasn't fixed and dropped out as soon as we lifted the car. Exposing the thin walled tube and tack welds that had failed.

The lower mounts had no positive location and were able to move, which meant the air line fitting was taking repeated impacts.

On air suspension, mounts aren’t just brackets. They’re structural components that see cyclic load, articulation, and fatigue. If they’re wrong, they will fail, and this could've gone very badly.

The part on the right is what we made to replace it, and the last pic is the end result. Positively located, properly supported, and designed around how the suspension actually moves.

Couple that with unsecured parts, air lines rubbing on bare metal with no grommets. We're not naming names. It's a good reminder that “fitted” and “engineered” are not the same thing.

Full Air Lift Performance package supplied and installed, all tucked neatly into the spare wheel well, complete with a 3P ashtray mount for maximum practicality.
