This isn't a new Warr Room Decompress.
It's a clearer one.
Same mission. Bigger picture. Welcome to the evolution of WRD. 🛡️
We STILL help mood swings swing in the right direction.

What this means to me: it's not about what everyone else perceives as 'high value'. As long as you and your person have an understanding and know what it is then who cares? 💯 by @international_d_dot

🚨 STRESS CHECK

Some of y’all are carrying WAY too much 😂

The ex.
The group chat.
That situationship that should’ve been handled three red flags ago.

Yeah… bring all that with you. (Even the pee in the dating pool 🤣)

Just don’t plan on taking it back home.

LONG POST ALERT! As the high school season kicks off this weekend I've got to show love to my HS guys who worked with me throughout the 'offseason'. I'm missing one in this particular photo but these guys were in the heat, the wind, and the rain with me. They had to hear my mouth when I got on them when i knew they could be better. They also earned my praise when they executed as asked.

The whole goal this summer was to help them add to their bag.. and trust me their respective 🎒 got some weight to it! Good luck this season fellas 🫡

Before you carry last week’s stress into a new one… what if you left it here instead? 🎯

Start your week with intention.

Sometimes you need to RELEASE the pressure.
Sometimes you need to RESET your mind.
Sometimes you need space to RESTORE.

At War Room Decompress, you can do both.

💥 Release it in the Warr Room.
🧘🏾 Reset with the SoundBed.
⚡ Walk away different than you came.

WNY, start your week with a different mindset.

I'm not only proud of my mini me because of the medals.. im mostly proud because through all of the practices with me and her sister, her having to repeat a drill (reluctantly), me demanding better body language, the at home lifts, she went to work and did what she needed to do!

Even though she only had 2 meets this year I'm proud of how she progressed! Wait until high school ;)
100m (silver), 200m (gold), 4x100m (gold).

Here's to another successful 7v7 season! Btw part of being successful is knowing when to let your athletes transition to the next phase (IYKYK)

S/O the founder of @uasblazefootball my brother from another @jmal2 , the rest of the staff (the best in the region imo), the parents/ supporters, the best media team in the game, and most importantly OUR ATHLETES!! there's way too many of yall to tag but you know what it is.. love yall dudes!
