With lots of new faces this year, we figured it was time to bring back the DJ highlights—starting with one of our newest groovy, bouncy, and energetic residencies: **FUNK THE SYSTEM by WhoCriedWolf** 🐺

Originally from GTO, Mexico, Miguel has been DJing at International since the beginning of the year, bringing a mix of hard groove, techno, acid + disco to the booth. His favorite International set so far was the first installment of Funk the System on 3.21.26.

He loves how there’s a little place for everyone in the SLC music scene and how easy it is to meet other people who share the same music style and taste. You might hear “Drum Track” by 3Phaz in one of Miguel’s sets or a little influence from Gesaffelstein, X club, and Pryda because it never gets old. If his DJ style were an outfit, it would be chunky platform boots, baggy pants, a cropped tee, and a bandana on his head. And if he’s ordering a drink at the bar, his go-to is a tequila soda with double-lime 🍋‍🟩🍋‍🟩

Wanna catch WCW outside of International? Here’s how:
