So long 2020!

Massive thanks to our friends, fans and followers for their ongoing support for what has turned out to be an incredibly tough year for everybody.

As this is our final post for 2020, we would like to let you all know we’ve been busy writing new music for the next album and we’re really looking forward to seeing you mosh to it!
So when the time is right...we will be there 🤘🏻😝

All the best for 2021!

The creation & chaos that is ITB.

This pic of us has a joint private significance (bar a few, privvy to prematurely leaked whispers)

We keep moving forward, because of our modest yet hugely enthusiastic and supportive fans....as always, we're never too metal to show our enormous appreciation to you all 🖤

pure potential,
the author and architect,
both the master and
the apprentice”

Although we’re not playing at this years THE NEW DEAD, after reading the original post by Jason North, we felt the need to share this in support of the SA metal community and for our interstate mates who travel all the way down here to play and to witness these epic metal festivals.

Just look at the bands that have played over the years!!!

Come out and support it this Saturday and keep The New Dead flame burning 🔥💀 by @intheburial

To our friends, fans and followers…

We posted recently that songwriting is both an intimate and intricate art form… a delicate and gruelling creative process which all members of ITB are passionate about.
We may have been quiet this year on the live circuit but we assure you we have been busy working very hard on our next album.

We look forward to getting back on stage and unleashing some new material upon our loyal fans very soon.

Until then, we hope you all have a safe and prosperous new year 🤘🏻🖤

Happy Birthday to our guitarist Phill “Phobos”! 🌙

This is a special one because he’s just surpassed the famous 27 Club!

Wow, it’s been 3 years since we unleashed our second album “Lamentations: Of Deceit & Redemption”

Song: Stark Grey Malaise

“Frost bitten hands, my blood curdles
amidst sinister voices.
Tapping thoughts that plague a fragile mind, sending waves of anguish.
Why am I here? What do you want?
The dead realm won't let me go.
The gatekeeper holds a sign that makes no sense at all.”
