My 1-Year Fitness Journey

A year ago, I was one of those “January gym-goers” everyone assumes will quit. But instead of falling into the stigma, I broke it. I’ve lost 51 pounds, gained muscles I never thought I’d have, and most importantly, found a community of friends who feel like family.

Since that first day in January, I haven’t missed a single gym session—except for Christmas (thanks, holiday hours). Showing up consistently has been my proudest flex, and it’s taught me that dedication and discipline can completely transform your life.

My Tip: Don’t overthink it—just show up. Even on the tough days, consistency is what will carry you further than motivation ever could.

Here’s to another year of breaking limits and building gains! 💪

Anddddd physique reveal today!

I hide behind layers-not because I don’t know I look good, but because comfort feels safer. It feels strange to be dressed like this but it’s a step closer to claiming my confidence. 🥲

Ignore last clip’s angle… I know it’s lame but it’s the only clip I could hold the handstand (even if it’s for a second lol).
