This is more about self actualization than “just” posting the content.

I decided a long time ago that I would enjoy my life. Even when running a business, or going to school or clocking into work. All are sizable parts of me but overall I owe it to myself to simply… enjoy.this.life.

My future depends on it and while youth is freeing, it doesn’t absorb life’s hard moments the way it’s been sold to us.

So in spite of its fragility. In its wins. In its sorrows. In its stillness. I will enjoy this life with a little Beyonce playing in the background.

I’m listening…when you’re in your zone what’s on your playlist?

How does it impact the process and result of your work? 🧐 In this house, we skew toward r&b, neo soul, jazz and gospel (every now and then some old school Luther, 90’s house & rap gets in the mix).

Music is part of my creative process from start to finish, it sets the tone for where I’m going — and reminds me that we all need each other’s gifts to nurture our own.
