Comment “Finish” to get the link to Label-Ready Lab.

I run a community (it’s pretty new) called Label-Ready Lab, this week I took a members track and added a few things to improve it and help inspire him and give some guidance.

Comment “Finish” and I’ll send you the link!

Buzzing for this one!

Super excited to say I’m taking over duties on the @anjunadeep edition today.

This show is one of the reasons I really got into the deeper side of things so I’m properly buzzing with this.

Link to the YouTube will be in my story, I hope to see you in chat at 16:00 BST

Peaceee

Hey people!

Hope you are well, my Keep Trying EP is finally out on Anjunas Explorations label!

Super excited to hear what you all think!

I will be posting some track breakdown type stuff over the next week or so but for now here are some little clips

1. The man @jamesanjunadeep first playing Sonoran on his Movement Volume 1 in Goa
2. The very original demo idea I sent over to @lar_music_ for Keep Trying
3. The final version after some back and forth!

Thanks for all the love so far and any questions feel free to drop me a line

Did another members track fix this week in @labelreadylab

This one was quite a busy track so needed somethings removing, some panning and rebalancing so everything had its own space.

Small changes, big improvements.

I do track fixers like this regularly for members inside the group.

Comment “finish” and I’ll send you the link to the community.

Comment “hold” and I will send you the YouTube link!

You can keep things interesting without adding a thousand layers and it can also make it much simpler to mix 😆

Dj/producer @intotheetherdj one of the best producers in Nuneaton. He has music out on @purifiedrecords and @anjunadeepexplorations to mention a few!
The brief was simple. Go to the wood, take photos to add to his press kit. He didn’t want cheesy poses or fancy lighting. Just natural images with basic editing. I think we nailed it. Shot on my little Sony A6400 with a 50mm f1.8

Had a 1:1 yesterday and one of the main changes we did was remove things, not add.

Two melodic elements were just hiding a little acid line underneath. So I took out, gave that line and the vocal more space and then I felt like a fresh section without adding anything new.

Comment “finish” and I’ll DM you the link the the community where you can pick up plenty more tips and advice.

Out now!

Rain In August EP - The first release on my own label @alongroadhomerecords

It features @damageviolin who really added a wonderful piece to this track.

Then a solo breaks one from myself!

The label will start mainly as an outlet for my own music (I’ll still be releasing elsewhere too)

Let me know what you think!
