Halloween Howl is just 8 days away and that means we're only 8 days away from the most spooktacular costume contest in Concord! 👻🎃🧙

Join us on Friday, October 23rd at 6:15 pm to see the best of the best costumes Concord has to offer! Whether your costume is the scariest, funniest, best homemade, or a group creation, there's a category for you!

Looking to participate in the contest? Be sure to sign up at the registration table on the corner of Capitol St. from 5:30-6:00 pm to secure your spot. There are only 10 spots per category so get there early to make sure you get in! Registration is in person ONLY.

It’s hard to capture the tremendous impact that Jess has made here in Concord in a singular post.

From reinvigorating free community events after the pandemic and being listening ear for downtown businesses to prioritizing safety and a welcoming environment in our downtown, Jess has been a leader that can’t be replaced.

We are looking forward to your new adventure in Manchester….but selfishly we wish we could keep you!
