i love the rain!!! 😻
.
figured giving the cup a fake little rain gutter would do the trick to collect some rain water quicker, and it worked :) taken in Rain Rain Rain by @intuitivemaps

🍯 Herbal Honey with @dknewyorker 🍯

Did you know that honey has been used for holistic medicinal support for over thousands of years? Honey has served as a home remedy effectively aiding health issues like small scraps and cuts, digestive discomfort, sore throats and much, much more! Renowned for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, honey can be enhanced by adding fruits, spices, and fresh or dried herbs to to make healthy and tasty honey infusions. These infusions are often linked to bolstering immune support, while also providing a gentle energy that fosters a calm and restful state of mind. Infused honey not only offers a delicious and economically friendly alternative to sooth common ailments, it can also serve as a health conscious ingredient in the kitchen for salad dressings, teas, marinades, smoothies & more

🛁Herbal Baths 101 with @intuitivemaps 🛁

Water is one of our oldest ancestors. 🌊
For this upcoming New Moon in Scorpio, engage in an interactive exploration of the makings of a herbal spiritual bath. 🌿

Together we’ll examine the fundamental understandings of different types of herbal spiritual baths, how to identify when to use each, its usage in spiritual practices as a healing modality, how to invoke intention, and aftercare. 🫶🏽

Participants will work hands-on with water and leave with their own cleansing spiritual bath. 🛀🏽 taken in The Robert L. Clinkscales Playground and Community Garden by @intuitivemaps

its been three years since my first ever Kambo ceremony by way of @inaruti_arani 🐸
.
i’ve been thinking about the many other rituals, moments, ceremonies, services, initiations, and observances we either choose or experience in this life
.
this ceremony was three years ago and i feel like i’m just now really reintegrating its lessons and reflections
.
similar to grief, moments like this remind me how much time we really have to revisit and feel over and over and over again by @intuitivemaps

hi hello!
.
here’s a visual demonstration of my article on how to do a simple reversal work – it’s titled: UN CONSEJO ON REVERSALS
.
i recorded this this morning at 7:30am before leaving to work summer school as the education specialist 💅🏽

i forgot my grandmothers 6 year death anniversary.
.
this year i’m working summer school as a mid-level manager and i noticed that the first day of school was her 6 year anniversary.
.
i felt so filled with purpose realizing the layers of importance that coincidence held.
.
but i got so busy with planning and getting ready for the programs launch that it slipped my mind. i cried about it, i sobbed about it, and i forgave myself for forgetting.
.
i’m in a awkward stage in my grief… i’m in a contemplative state in my spiritual services…
.
i’m an educator to my core with a deep interest in death – and i want both to be at the forefront of how i serve spiritually.
.
i’m working on it, thank you for sticking around for that by @intuitivemaps
