A little glimpse inside Intuitive Mender ✨

I’ve always wanted my space to feel like more than just a treatment room — peaceful, welcoming, nurturing, and filled with intention from the moment you walk through the door.

Whether you’re coming in for a facial, Reiki, sound healing, skincare, or simply a little time to reconnect with yourself, my hope is that you feel cared for here.

I’m so grateful for every person who has stepped through these doors and trusted me to be part of their self-care and healing journey.

Thank you for supporting my little business and allowing me to do work that I truly love. 💜

Protecting your energy doesn’t have to come from fear. It can be a gentle practice of returning home to yourself.

Pause. Breathe. Ground into your body. Notice what belongs to you and lovingly release what does not.

Your energy is sacred—and you can tend to it with presence, compassion, and intention. 💜✨

Which of these practices do you return to most often?
