These children’s headphones from @aweikids.th are honestly too cute — so of course, I had to get a pair for myself too 😂

They’re super soft and comfortable to wear, with kid-friendly sound designed to be gentler on little ears. Perfect for travelling, online classes, watching videos or, in Ion’s case… playing Roblox 🎮✈️📚

And the best part for Mum? He can enjoy his own little world without the whole room having to listen along 😂

Now we each have our own pair — comfy, colourful and practical enough to take everywhere 🎧✨

Family happiness = good food, a full table, and everyone leaving very satisfied 🤍🍽️

For fellow big eaters heading to Pattaya from Thursday to Sunday, I highly recommend Goji Kitchen Grill & Bar at @pattayamarriott. The buffet selection is seriously impressive, with plenty of variety without compromising on quality

🦪 The seafood station is a highlight — fresh oysters, prawns and plenty of shellfish served beautifully on ice. Then there are grilled and roasted meats, freshly made pizzas, sushi, Thai favourites and live cooking stations

One of my personal favourites was their signature beef noodle soup. I asked for mine with just tender beef and tendon — rich, deeply flavoured broth with that lovely melt-in-the-mouth texture. Definitely worth saving some stomach space for 🍜🥩

And dessert? Dangerous. 😂 From cakes and pastries to ice cream and mango sticky rice, there’s so much to choose from — and, importantly, they actually taste as good as they look 🥭🍨🍰

A great family buffet when you want everyone, from kids to serious food lovers, to find something they genuinely enjoy ✨

ช่วงนี้เห็นข่าวเด็ก bully กันในโรงเรียน ไปจนถึงมีเรื่องชกต่อยกัน บ่อยขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ในฐานะแม่ เราสอนลูกได้ว่า “ถ้าเลี่ยงได้ให้เลี่ยง ถ้าหนีได้ให้หนี” เพราะการไม่เข้าไปมีเรื่องคือทางเลือกที่ดีที่สุด

แต่เราจะสอนให้ลูก วิ่งหนีไปตลอดชีวิตก็คงไม่ได้ เพราะเราไม่มีทางรู้ว่า วันหนึ่งถ้าเกิดเหตุการณ์คับขันขึ้นจริงๆ แล้วไม่มีทางให้เดินหนี ลูกจะรับมือกับมันยังไง

แม่เลยพา #ไอออนโอ้ปป้า มาเรียน Thai Boxing ที่ @vayumuaythai 🥊🇹🇭

สิ่งที่ชอบคือ การเรียนมวยไม่ได้สอนแค่ว่า “ต่อยยังไงให้แรง” แต่เด็กได้เรียนรู้ทั้ง discipline, rules, body control, balance, coordination และ self-defence รู้จักการ์ด การหลบ การออกอาวุธ และที่สำคัญคือรู้ว่า เมื่อไหร่ควรใช้ และเมื่อไหร่ไม่ควรใช้

สำหรับแม่ นี่สำคัญมาก เพราะเป้าหมายไม่ใช่เลี้ยงลูกให้เป็นเด็กที่พร้อมจะต่อยคนอื่น แต่คือเลี้ยงให้เขามี confidence without aggression มั่นใจในตัวเองโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องเป็นฝ่ายรังแกใครก่อน

แล้ว Muay Thai ยังใช้ร่างกายแทบทุกส่วน ทั้งหมัด ศอก เข่า เตะ การทรงตัว รวมถึง cardio 💪🏻 เด็กได้ปล่อยพลัง ฝึกสมาธิ ฟังคำสั่ง และเรียนรู้ว่าทักษะทุกอย่างต้องเกิดจากการฝึกซ้ำๆ ไม่ใช่แค่ความแข็งแรง

แม่อาจสอนไอออนเสมอว่า “Don’t start a fight”
แต่แม่ก็อยากให้เขารู้ด้วยว่า “Know how to protect yourself”

เพราะถ้าวันหนึ่งมีใครคิดจะมาแกล้ง อย่างน้อยแม่ก็สบายใจว่า…
ลูกไอออนของแม่ ไม่ใช่ใครที่ไหนจะมารังแกได้ง่ายๆ 😌🥊

และสำหรับครอบครัวต่างชาติที่มาอยู่หรือมาเที่ยวเมืองไทย การให้เด็กได้ลอง Muay Thai ก็เป็นมากกว่าแค่ martial arts class มันคือโอกาสให้เขาได้สัมผัสหนึ่งในวัฒนธรรมไทยผ่านการลงมือทำจริง 🇹🇭

Teach children to choose peace but give them the confidence and skills to protect themselves when walking away is no longer an option. Muay Thai is not about raising fighters — it is about raising children with discipline, respect, resilience and self-control. And if you are visiting or living in Thailand, there may be no better place for your child to learn it than here, where Muay Thai was born 🥊🇹🇭

✨🍸 Club Ruby at @clubrubysurawong is one of those places where design is just as memorable as the food. Perched on the 8th floor of Aiden Surawong Bangkok, the space blends elegant Art Deco influences with contemporary glamour, featuring soaring ceilings, statement lighting, and a vibrant mural that gives the restaurant a sophisticated yet lively atmosphere.

The menu offers a great balance of Western and Thai cuisine, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for such a beautiful venue. Whether you’re stopping by for lunch, dinner, or cocktails, there’s something for everyone.

👦 My son’s favourite dish was definitely the Tuna Tataki—perfectly seared, fresh, and incredibly tender.

💕 As for me, I absolutely loved the Thai dishes. The Grilled Pork Pad Thai was packed with flavour, and the spicy Thai salads were fresh, vibrant, and wonderfully balanced.

🥔 If you’re ordering from the Western menu, don’t miss the Duck Croquettes. Crispy on the outside, rich and flavourful inside—they were easily one of my favourite bites of the meal.

🍹 The drinks menu is equally impressive, with a wide selection of signature cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and refreshing beverages, making it an ideal spot to unwind any time of day.

If you’re looking for a stylish restaurant in the heart of Surawong with beautiful interiors, excellent food, and great value, Club Ruby is definitely worth adding to your list. ❤️✨

ช่วงนี้อยากหาร้านที่ อาหารฝรั่งคุณภาพดี บรรยากาศสวย แต่ไม่ต้องจ่ายแพง เลยลองมาที่ @pralinegroup แล้วชอบมากกว่าที่คิดอีกค่ะ 🫶🏻

เป็นร้านที่มาได้ทุกโอกาสเลย ไม่ว่าจะมากับครอบครัว คนรัก หรือแก๊งเพื่อน บรรยากาศดี นั่งสบาย อาหารมีให้เลือกเยอะมาก ตั้งแต่ brunch, pasta, steak, ของทานเล่น, bakery, croissant ไปจนถึง smoothie และเครื่องดื่มหลากหลาย

ที่สำคัญคือ… อร่อยทุกจานแบบกินได้ทุกวัน ไม่ใช่ร้านที่สวยอย่างเดียว รสชาติทำออกมาดีมาก

เมนูที่โอบอุ้มแนะนำ 🤍
🥪 Sourdough Sandwich (Truffle Melt) ชีสเยิ้ม ขนมปังกรอบหอมทรัฟเฟิล

🥤 Healthy Smoothie ดีมาก สดชื่น อร่อยแบบไม่รู้สึกผิด

รอบนี้สั่งทั้งของทานเล่น อาหารจานหลัก ครัวซองต์ สมูทตี้ และเครื่องดื่มหลายแก้ว กินกันแบบเต็มโต๊ะ แต่พอบิลมา ตกเฉลี่ยแค่ประมาณ 500–600 บาทต่อคน (ขึ้นอยู่กับเมนูที่เลือก)

บอกเลยว่า value for money มาก ได้ทั้งอาหารคุณภาพและบรรยากาศดีๆ ในราคาที่คุ้มกว่าที่คิดจริงๆ 💚

📍ใครกำลังมองหาร้านที่ good food, good vibes, great value ร้านนี้เป็นอีกที่ที่อยากแนะนำเลยค่ะ
