POSTS STORIES REELS

I originally wrote this post June 24th, the night after I met Johnny in Grenchen, Switzerland at Summerfest. I had to post it on my other account, @iowadeppfan2, because I had lost my access to this original account when I changed phones right before I left for Switzerland for the concert. Reposting here since I now have access to this one again! So here goes - my first impressions of my meeting with Johnny!... I finally met Johnny last night at the Meet and Greet in Grenchen, Switzerland. Something happened through the promotor and there were way over the limit of 50 at the meet and greet, but @theaaronperry handled it all with patience and reassured us that everyone would meet Johnny! Our time was quick because of the situation, but I was able to meet and thank each of the vampires, and when I got to Johnny I took both of his hands on mine, and told him how honored I was to meet him, how much I appreciated him sharing his music and art with us. He touched my bunnyman scarf and said "oh hey, you like it!" I told him we had kids the same age and I made him a bracelet like mine with his kids names. I wanted to tell him how I felt the same as he said in an interview that he never lived before his kids were born! So if you come across this @johnnydepp, that's the reason for the bracelet! And I brought him an album of jack Kerouac - and he said "oh, reading his poetry?" So maybe he already has it because he knew. And then it was time for a quick photo and he gave me a quick kiss and I had to move on. I really wanted to tell him that he inspired me to start playing guitar and that I play along with him to Hedy Lammar, but there was just no time. But I got a great hug, I got to look into his eyes, and hold his hands (amazingly soft!) I didn't get to ask how the leg was, which I wanted to. I also wanted to tell him I came all the way from lowa to see him, exactly 6 months after I saw he and Jeff in Chicago. Again, no time. But there was time for the hug. And emotion. And for me to thank him for all he gives to us. I told him we really feel his care. And he said what he says so often. That we were the ones that carried him through.♥️ by @iowadeppfan

@cerealkyler you made my heart race with this upload! The pics from June 23, 2023, Grenchen , Switzerland! Got a great hug from Johnny, and got to tell him about my bracelet with my kid's names, and how I made him one like it with his kid's names. Johnny and I had kids at the same time in our lives, I'm his age, too. I feel the same about mine as he has said before - " I didn't live before my kids were born". And now our kids are grown, Johnny's got his music and art, and I've started guitar too! Johnny gave me a quick kiss and I did hug Tommy but think Kyler was all done with my round of pics by then😅. Love this beautiful memory, and the 2 times Johnny looked directly at me and tapped his heart during the concert after. He really does pick out people to make eye contact with. Put down the phone and let his eyes find yours!♥️🥰♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️💖

OMG I found more pics!!! @cerealkyler you are the absolute best!! Look at me holding on to Johnny for dear life. And he was holding my hands tight and squeezing them and right after this gave me a quick kiss on the check. I had just told him how we feel his heart and his soul. It was then he told me "It was you guys who kept me going and kept me alive-I wouldn't have made it through without you". So he really knows how much we support him. I wasn't going to let go😊😅😄No wonder Sean had to tell me it was time to move on😃😅😂And look how happy Tommy is! I told him we love his lives and all his backstage videos and he said he loves to do them for us!♥️ by @iowadeppfan
