Anatomy of a Coach:

🧠 Mind(set) for Growth
Coaches embrace a growth mindset, so they can learn and evolve as coaches *and* encourage clients to embrace change without judgment.

👂 Ears for Active Listening
Coaches are adept listeners, tuning in not to words AND emotions/nuances, offering a safe space for clients to express themselves fully.

🗣️ Voice for Questions
By actively listening, coaches are able to provide thoughtful reframing for clients, often in the form of powerful questions.

💞 Heart for Empathy
A coach operates from a place of deep empathy, understanding, and compassion, connecting with others on a profound emotional level.

💪 Backbone of Support
Providing unwavering support and encouragement, coaches act as a sturdy backbone for their clients as they navigate challenges and pursue their goals.

🙌 Hands for Taking Action
By empowering clients to take meaningful action and holding them accountable, coaches provide practical tools and strategies to help clients turn dreams into reality.

👟 Feet for Resilience
Coaches understand the importance of resilience and perseverance, walking alongside their clients through setbacks and challenges and championing them to keep moving forward.

✨ Aura of Authenticity
Above all, a coach embodies authenticity, honesty, and integrity, creating a genuine connection with clients based on trust and mutual respect. by @ipeccoaching
