Ralph Lauren...

Understated, cool & yet still luxury minded all at the same time. That's an Art. You cannot buy taste, sophistication nor class.

Over the past 4 years (2021), I have been quietly building an A.I. based PropTech Company called Propreti.

It started as Fine Living (FL): FL competitive advantage was creating national repositories of Real Estate, Design and Construction vendors.

We built a SaaS app called Artificer to aggregate the repository. Our end goal was to gate keep vendor relationships and sell real estate. investors, however, didn't like the selling real estate aspect of FL. They did, howeve, the A.I. based local repository idea. Everyone said the same thing: "How do you monetize the repository? They wanted to sell app membership fees. Me: Nah

I knew that was a failed business model. So I took the best parts of FL and Artificer and pivoted to a global repository of the entire Built World. Propreti was born! When we started there was no Open A.I. project called ChatGPT. We were using the word ALLM (Autoregressive Large Language Model) in our business mission. Our vision was far ahead of the technology in 2021. We were going to have to build and train our own LLM at that time. 🤕

Tech moves swiftly and now with Agentic A.i. is at hand. Propreti is ready to build! So you will see me on LinkedIn and Medium articles writing about The Built World, technology, and organizational theory. The most important thing when building an Agentic Social Network is safety! LLMs and A.I. Assistants are smart! They are far smarter than 99% of humans. So we must embed Agents with human principals, ethics, judgement and morals.

The speed at which A.I. make decisions is beyond our conception as humans. So I developed an organizational theory called Corporate Moral Constructivism to manage A.I. based companies.
Then we also had to deal with the Intelligent systems and their speed. Thus, I developed Moral Velocity and Quantum Moral Velocity as two additional theories for human safety.

Don't be confused! When I went to Harvard Graduate School of Education, I didn't go to study education nor teaching. At HUGSE & HBS I studied. Administration, Planning and Social Policy with a full focus on Organizational Theory, Structure and Development, flirting also w/ Management Science.

Now Propreti is here! ✌ by @ipyana_wasret

15. Came with a mission to get my Landing Page up for my Wharton Crew. It was always for my friends and family and now the black business scene. That will come.

I worked hard with my UI/UX swisher from India. I wrote and produced the video for my Pakistani editor to put it altogether and then worked with these new software developers to the the design and transpose it to WordPress and upload. That took my 10 days! I eventually coded in place myself...bcuz your boy has skills!!!!!. Propreti is now up....revisions coming over next 60 days.

Ip out peace! ❤️ by @ipyana_wasret

The last 2 weeks leading to this week have been amazing.

You have to have your mission and goals in place.

It took some quiet time and discipline while on vacation, but I hit every goal I planned...plus a few unexpected gems as well.

Stay connected to the universe and your version of God or Meta life.

Just never quit!

Plan, Organize, Staff, Execute & Evaluate... Then do it again, and again and again.

And don't let your right hand know what your left hand is doing.

Why?

Confusion is the killer of accountability!

Stay focused kindred!
