God is certainly working in Cambodia.

This place and these people have my heart. These were some of the hardest goodbyes of my life but God gave me the absolute sweetest relationships with these people.

I have never seen people share the gospel so boldly. I have never seen so much joy and contentment from people who have nothing. I have never felt more welcomed and loved in a place in my entire life. I have never been served so well and been given such a clear example of how Jesus calls us to serve others.

The testimonies of the believers were life changing and so powerful. The Lord has used these men and women to bring glory and honor to his name and it was so beautiful to see a small piece of it!

Each child I encountered never stopped smiling, even through their suffering and trials. They taught me the value of service and contentment in the midst of having very little.

What an honor and joy it was to worship with my brothers and sisters in Christ from the other side of the world, and it’s only a glimpse of what heaven will be like!

The Lord has taught me so much from this amazing experience and I’m beyond excited to go back. Thank you Jesus for drawing me closer to you and showing me how to be in tune with the Holy Spirit and how to serve and love others well. by @irelyn_mac
