Who says life has to slow down after 70? ✨ @katiecouric @katiecouricmedia
There are still places to explore, dreams to chase, new friendships to make, and so many beautiful moments waiting to be lived. 💚
Age doesn’t define what you’re capable of, and it certainly doesn’t put an expiration date on your dreams.
Keep learning. Keep exploring. Try something new. Say YES to the things that excite you. Because life isn’t about how many years you’ve lived, but how much life you choose to put into those years.
You are never too old to begin again, discover a new passion, or create a beautiful new chapter.
There’s still so much ahead of you to do, to plan, to learn, and most importantly, to LIVE.
Remember, The Climb Continues. 💚

There is still so much life ahead of us. 💚

My book, The Climb Continues, is about feeling strong, finding purpose, and staying excited about life as we age.

I share my own journey and how plant-based living, movement, and a positive mindset have shaped the way I live today. My hope is that these pages encourage you to keep discovering what brings you joy.

It’s never too late to begin. What’s something you still want to try?

We’re just $2,000 away from our goal! 💚

My son is running the New York City Marathon in honor of my 70th birthday, and together we’re raising funds for the Physicians Committee, a cause close to my heart that helps both people and animals. 🐾

Any amount you can give would mean so much to me. Let’s make this birthday even more meaningful by making a difference together!

Tap the donation link to give, and share this video to help us reach our goal. 🏃‍♂️💚

What made these two events with the Physicians Committee so meaningful was celebrating the money we raised through our GoFundMe and being surrounded by people who share my love for animals and passion for health. 💚

To everyone who donated and supported our fundraiser, thank you. Your generosity helped make this contribution possible, and celebrating it with this community meant so much to Ron and me.

It was wonderful spending time with Dr. Neal Barnard, Ocean Robbins and his mom, Chef Tal Ronnen, Jane Velez-Mitchell, and Alicia Silverstone. I was also happy to contribute The Climb Continues, paired with a personal consultation, as a raffle prize.

Having been vegan since I was 11, being among people who share these values felt like coming home. 🌱

A heartfelt thank-you to our hosts, Mick Davoudian, Jeff Hoffman, and Dr. Richard Schmidt, for welcoming us into their beautiful homes.

Yesterday, my beautiful daughter turned 38. ❤️ Today, I’m celebrating how much joy you bring to my life and how proud I am of the woman you’ve become.

I miss spending our birthdays together, spoiling you, and making the whole day about you. With you in California, I wish I could be there to give you the biggest hug.

I hope your birthday was filled with love and joy, and that this year brings you all the happiness in the world. Being your mom is one of my greatest gifts.

Happy birthday, sweetheart. I love you and miss you so much. ❤️

Family is everything to me. 🤍

Of all the ways I invest in my life, time with my family brings me the greatest happiness. Cheering from the sidelines, sharing a laugh, or exploring somewhere together, these are the moments I treasure most.

At 70, I’m still learning, growing, and making memories with the people I love. They encourage me to care for my health, stay curious, and keep showing up for life.

For me, longevity means having more time and energy to share moments like these. Being present with my family is at the heart of the life I want to keep building.

I’m so excited to share the news of my cousin @Irene_Rizzo_’s new book, The Mountain of Youth: The Climb Continues.

Irene and I have always been close, and she actually hired me for her cosmetics and fitness businesses back in the day! She has been an important part of my life, and I’ve always admired her passion for helping people live healthier, fuller lives.

Our families are very close and our mother’s Ruth, and Lili had a very special bond. This photo is a beautiful reminder of the family connections and memories we’ve shared over the years.

Irene has influenced how I think about fitness, longevity, and the everyday choices that help us feel our best as we age. She helped set me on my own path toward a plant-based lifestyle. Irene is an incredible role model for me and for so many others!

I’m grateful to have Irene in my life and for all I’ve learned from her. If you’re interested in longevity, fitness, and plant-based nutrition, I highly recommend The Mountain of Youth. Available now on Amazon! by @irene_rizzo_

Around 45 years ago, Jane Fonda inspired me to get into fitness. I flew to California to take one of her classes—and ended up staying six weeks!

Getting to share this moment with her, and show her my book, means so much to me. Jane keeps showing us what The Climb Continues is about: there is always more life ahead of us, more to learn, and another climb to take. 💜

A very special night at Dr. Fuhrman’s retreat! The talent show was filled with music, laughter, incredible talent, and so much joy.

My husband Ron sang a song he wrote 31 years ago, back when I created a healthy school lunch program at our kids’ school. Hearing it again after all these years felt like a beautiful full-circle moment.

Then came a song that’s just plain fun for me… and finally, one of my favorites, “Hands” by Jewel—a beautiful reminder that kindness is what truly matters.

There was love, shared memories, and a room full of people united by the belief that we can help create a healthier, kinder world. Long after the songs ended, their message remained: when music brings people together around kindness and a shared purpose, its impact can live on for generations.

Healthy body, healthy mind… and a happy heart! What a beautiful community to be part of.
