day 1 of posting content everyday for 30 days You think working out is hard… until you become a mom. Before a baby, it’s about discipline. During pregnancy, it’s about finding the energy. But postpartum? It’s a whole different game no one prepares you for. It’s coordinating your workout around feedings, naps, and tiny unpredictable humans. It’s finding someone to watch your little one while you’re away. It’s pumping “just in case” It’s carrying guilt for doing something for you. It’s convincing your exhausted body to move… and then still having enough left to show up when you get back home to your baby. And somehow— you still choose to try. That’s not just fitness. my pregnancy journey as a first time mama 🤰🏻 in december 2024, Q+I sat down for a life goals manifesting session where we made a 3yr plan to start a lil family. little did we know… our lil bby was already manifested and sprouting inside me 🌱 these past 9 months of growing baby J have been so incredibly beautiful. im grateful for such a smooth & easy pregnancy. being pregnant brought me closer to myself, to my partner, and to my community. i feel so loved and supported!! and it’s reassuring to know that our baby will come into this world surrounded by so much love already 🫂💞 any day now baby J 🐣 mommy, daddy & your whole village are so excited to meet you 🥰 taken in San Francisco, California by @ireneeish

everything we did on our first family vacation to san diego and jammy’s first flight! ✈️ we told the flight attendant it was his first flight and the pilots were sooo excited they had a whole photoshoot for him in the cockpit 😂 HOT TAKE: if you have the funds, just buy your baby their own seat. having the whole row to ourselves was 100% worth it cus he wouldn’t stop moving the entire flight 😵‍💫 🏨 we’ve been eyeing the Gaylord Pacific Resort in Chula Vista since they opened last spring so we were excited to finally visit! It’s family friendly and the water park was the highlight of our trip. The only downside is it’s not all-inclusive so we had to pay for all of our daily food expenses on top of the expensive room fees. The food was good but pricey. 🦒 the san diego zoo is massive and really cool but it was waaay too hot that day. Jamir was not having it. september will always hold a special place in my heart now cus it’s the month i met jamir 🤎 jammy’s first build-a-bear wearing his first onesie got me in my feels birthday at the park with his aunties celebrated 2 weddings of some of my best friends! weddings are the new date nights as parents in our 30s this boy loves to party, esp if it’s a party for HIM rich in life cus this is how i sleep at night. also jammy loves to brush his teeth michigan boyz he took his first lil steps on september 1st and is full on walking now 🥲 posted the damn content, stayed consistent, and now i’m really out here building community and sponsored by a brand that i use every single day having an autumn baby turned me into a fall bitch 🍂🤎🌰 reached my goal of homes sold that i set for myself this year 🙌🏽 this meant a lot to me cus i wanted to quit real estate after having zero sales last year. but i got a call from a brand new client 3 days after jamir was born and i knew it was a sign from the universe to keep going. i do it all for him 🩵 taken in San Francisco, California by @ireneeish

big mir on vacay don’t play bout his food 😤 on jammy’s 12 month checkup the pediatrician told us his weight has plateaued since his 9 month checkup so he was exactly the same weight for 3 whole months. he’s still breastfeeding and we feed him 3 meals a day but he’s just not that into solids. and he’s suuuper active so his input wasn’t really catching up with his output of energy. we aren’t used to him eating and he seemed to be more open to it on vacation so we let him eat as much as his lil heart desired. the first night, he ate so much he threw up on the bed 😭 he’s been eating well now after getting back from vacation. we weighed in yesterday and he’s gained 8 ounces in only 2 weeks since his checkup! yaaaay it’s bulking season for BIG MIR 💪🏽 some tips and tricks that helped: - feeding solids before breastfeeding so he doesn’t get full from breastmilk - having all his meals prepped and ready to eat for 3 days at a time - sitting down and eating with him for every meal - providing healthy snack options inbetween meals - always keeping his water bottle on hand so he stays hydrated moms! what are some tips you have for getting baby to eat more? #babyfoodie #vacaymode #babyfeeding #babyledweaning #unfilteredmotherhood by @ireneeish

hosted a lil fall gathering in san francisco to bring some of our bay area moms together ☕️🍂 we got to sip on perelel x bluestone lane’s new pumpkin chai protein latte & smoothie, played coffee bean bingo, and every mama went home with a bag full of perelel health goodies. moms know how hard it is to find time to pause, reset, and be around other women. we brought our littles along and it was the sweetest reminder that we’re really just girls living life for the first time, while also being a whole MOTHER. my heart is so full after this one. i’m excited to host more gatherings for us soon 🫶🏽 #bayareamoms #sfmom #momselfcare #momcommunity #momsclub taken in Bluestone Lane Avery Lane Café by @ireneeish
