Full body circuit with a band and dumbbells 🤍
1 minute per exercise, move straight to the next one.

1. Squat + curtsy lunge
2. Sumo squat + front raise
3. Standing glute kickback
4. Cross-body mountain climbers
5. Bent-over dumbbell row
6. Dumbbell crunch

Repeat 2–3 rounds for a full session.

Continuing my Cyprus hotels day-pass series!

I’ve already tried a few hotels around the island - you can find those reviews in my previous Reels.

And today, we’re spending the day at Amathus Hotel in Limassol.

The day pass costs €50 per person, and unlike some other hotels I’ve tried, it’s non-redeemable - so the €50 only includes access, a sunbed and a towel.

You get access to several swimming pools, including a saltwater pool, plus direct access to the sea.

And what I really liked is that you don’t have to stay on the sandy beach. You can also relax by the pool and then just walk down to the pier, jump straight into the sea, or use the stairs to get into the water.

Since the day-pass fee can’t be used towards food or drinks, we paid separately for a sushi set and some fresh juices.

One of the most beautiful photo locations in Cyprus that still feels a little hidden 🤍
These photos were taken at White Stones, one of my favourite coastal spots near Limassol.

ℹ️ If you’re looking for a beautiful place for wedding, engagement or couple photos, save these:

📍 White Stones - white rocks + blue sea
📍 Kourion Beach - dramatic coast and cliffs
📍 Cape Aspro, Pissouri - wild white cliffs
📍 Petra tou Romiou - iconic Cyprus sunset location
📍 Governor’s Beach - white rocks and hidden coves

My tip: for coastal shoots, go closer to golden hour - the light is softer and the rocks look much warmer.
