POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

In a world where the top is trying to tear us apart, know that we hold power in our every day decisions of how we treat our friends, strangers, and neighbors.

There is always some commonality in our human experience. Find it. Sometimes it takes work, but it’s what will make this world a better place.

Was thinking about natural and resonance frequencies this morning after something small started to make me fall apart in my own mind—I asked myself why and then made an adjustment to my perspective and attitude.

That’s not just girl math, that’s life math. We should all be trying to engineer our internal dialogues and emotional awareness so that we can build good relationships and a meaningful life.

It takes work, but it’s worth it! Go build you! 💪🏻💜

For the girlies inquiring:

My top is from @birdieandace

I don’t wear a lot of makeup and I don’t like foundation, wearing a ton of powders or extra stuff. I have a very simple routine.

(Although I usually use @maybelline lip gloss)

Smashing Pumpkins live in their hometown at a sold out United Center was an unforgettable experience!

They’ve still got some tour left! Don’t miss out, and be prepared for 3 hours of straight rock!!!

@troy.townsend.80 maybe we could sit down at a campfire and remember that our founding fathers really meant it when they said, “We.”

“We the People.”

Our job is to find our commonalities despite our differences to make the world a better place. So this is my hypothetical sitting down at a campfire with you.

Please vote for people this November that you feel represent the version of humanity you want to be a part of.

My hope is that we bend towards kindness over cruelty, equality over injustice, unity over division, and love over fear.

“Perfection leads to self-betrayal.”

- a line from a very soon to be released song 💜

Love yourself and your perfect attempts at growth, change, love, and being the best version of you. Change is an amazing part of our world, and a lot of us are scared of it. Try new things, notice your patterns and what you want to stay the same and what you want to be different in your world. 🌎 Together, we’ll create the world we want to live in.

Oh yeah, and MAKE SURE YOU VOTE IN DECEMBER FOR SOME CHANGE!!!

As I get closer to 30 I’m really happy to be settling into a style and confidence that feels natural, timeless, and me.

The music cuts from the studio are good. I can’t wait to release them. The Door Walker workshops and retreats are almost ready for full launch. I’m in love with humanity, and am ready to fight for the human renaissance that I believe is upon us in this age of artificial intelligence and class wars of rich vs poor.

Words. Paper. Pen. Canvas. Paint. Art. Music. Dance. Thought. Speech. Love. Communication.

It’s time we walk through a new (or old) Door 🚪 and walk towards ourselves.
