So I am back from the cabin in the woods temporarily and getting ready to deliver my “special project” to 4 very special little people in my life. Trees bushes etc come out about 3 weeks later up north so the birch leaves were just opening with that delicious light green. Bugs were bad so I did this looking out the back window. I’ve sketched this scene many times over the years and I never tire of it. On location. Can’t remember wether I sketched it first or not so can’t claim “direct watercolour”. #larderlake
