A few days ago I asked on stories about what you would like to see more and @chabs.caballero said my drawing process. (Now that I think about it, I thought she meant the illustration process, otherwise I understood it wrong 🤔)

And inspired by her asking, if someone else is interested here it is my whole art process, step by step, from starting drawing traditionally ✏️ and painting digitally 🖥️. by @irenevcreativity

As time goes by, if you keep practicing a skill you notice how much you have improved. And now, seeing drawings from previous years I notice the "mistakes" or how I can improve them.

Seeing the cover of the fictional book "Enchanted to meet you" has happened and I don't like it now. And it's okay to not like it!
And the opposite happens too, a lot of the art I have created I still love it.

If I don't like something from the illustration, normally I would leave it like that. But this time I wanted to make some changes because I know this book cover has more potential.

This is the reason why I'm doing the redesign of the book cover.

Maybe it seems like small changes but for me it is a lot because I can see how I've improved as a character designer and creating book covers. by @irenevcreativity

It's almost the end of summer and the time of sunlight, little by little is becoming shorter. This couple in love represents this surrounded by sunflowers 🥰.

Well, I have lost motivation a lot of times to finish this one but I finally did it!! I think is because I had no idea of how I wanted it painted and kept postponing it but I like the result. by @irenevcreativity

These are the book covers I've done so far! It has been an incredible and challenging process from having the idea to the final result. Also, I made the typography myself for "The Lost Voice of the Sea" and I loved to introduce lettering as a part of my art.

I want to work as a book cover designer and character designer, so thank you so much to @micaelaalcainodesign for this opportunity that you're giving to artists to be more visible by sharing our work 🥹❤️. I appreciate it so much that you take your time to do this for others and that thanks to this we can discover more artists and their beautiful art 😄.

Today is 2 months since Karneval, I don't know how but time flies 😯. As a way to process the emotions I lived that day I wanted to create an illustration of it.

I felt a lot of emotions during that evening-night. With this illustration, I drew the most important for me from the concert and emphasize that despite the biggest storm, the concert could happen and we were all there to support them 🫂.

And I think that day Joker Out (between them) and the fans we were more united than ever, the connection grew stronger. So, this illustration represents Novi Val's performance, after all the uncertainty, they did it, they did the show they were working for more than a year. And the fans and all the people there like: hey, we know this isn't how it was supposed to happen but it's okay, we are here and you have our support!! 😄

About the illustration, it was a big challenge, I had the idea since July but kept postponing it because it felt overwhelming. I had the rough sketch but didn't know how to draw it and how to paint it (the style). I left the fears and doubts aside and I just worked on it step by step and trusting the process. And I drew Käärijä too because he was the support act, I wanted to see him perform but I missed him because I went to the hotel to change the wet clothes 🥲.

Raise your hand if you know Charlie Gillespie since Julie and The Phantoms 🙋🏻‍♀️.

What a mix of happiness and nostalgia since the news of him being cast on Heated Rivalry. After all these years seeing him taking different roles in movies, I'm sooo proud that now he's going to be part of this show as a protagonist 🥹🥹. All these years working and working paid off!!

So of course, nostalgia came back thinking of him as Luke in Julie and The Phantoms (it still hurts that it was cancelled and we didn't have a season 2).

And the idea for this illustration came, paying tribute to his role as Luke, the past and now the future with his new role as Troy. The colours of Troy's uniform are the ones from the book cover and no idea which hairstyle he will have but I like this for him.

Another drawing of Jan because... Why not?
This time I wanted to create a cool lighting effect and to improve my skills.

Recently, I've discovered that I can create art to process my feelings about something that I've lived. So, this World Cup illustration is my way to process what I've lived from the beginning to Spain winning 😄.

I don't know why, this championship I've been more emotional than I expected 😳. Even crying because of all the good memories watching the matches, sharing the experience with friends online and in person, seeing people cheering for their country, listening to the songs related to the championship and that it was ending.

This illustration represents for me important moments and people 🥹, who stood out because of their skills and personality like Haaland, Vozinha, Harry Kane and of course Ferran Torres. I can't forget the Cucurella cat meme that gave us a lot of good moments haha.

For the romantic ones, the football lovers, the book lovers...

While watching so many football games and trying to have ideas for character design/book covers I thought: why not sports romance??? 😳

So for now, I've designed them, she is a sports photographer and he... A football player as you can see hahah. This could be transformed into a book cover if I have the right idea 👀.

Fit check! 😎 It's a fact that I love to draw @krisgusti's outfits 🤭. When I saw a video JO posted recently I couldn't resist drawing him. This outfit for the Karneval concert is so beautiful!!

Why two poses? Because looking for references I loved the one on the right but the outfit couldn't be seen completely sooo that's why there's the front view too.
