@_kvngfade just wrapped up the AFT course. Even after years of working at it, he says it went deeper than he expected, into anatomy and movement mechanics.

The result? He unlearned a few bad habits and doubled down on the fundamentals every trainer actually needs. He's already applying it with his clients, and he's seeing the difference in their results and in how professionally he handles everything.

His words: whether you're just starting out or already in the field, mastering the basics changes everything.

Experience builds confidence. Fundamentals build trainers.

Folarin @ab_fitness_68 already had experience training clients before this. He still said the AFT course was one of the most valuable learning experiences he's had. Tutor. Learning environment. A whole new understanding of fitness.

Experience gets you started. Certification gets you further.
