I had the great honor of photographing the lovely and talented @iriericrim a few weeks ago for my cultural series. Irieri is from Mexico and had this lovely embroidered dress. She also used fresh cut flowers for the headpiece! I asked Irieri to keep the makeup natural here, but she’s also a talented hair and makeup artist, so be sure to check out her work!

I forgot to get a BTS shot while I had Irieri, but here’s one after the fact. There are four lights. A gridded key light camera right, a gelled background light camera right, a gelled accent light camera left, and a softbox for fill also camera left.

Shot with my Nikon Z7+Tokina f/2.8 100mm macro+Tiffen Smoque 2 filter.
