I woke up with a plan: buy new iPad, cook a recipe from my new book my brother gifted me, do my pretty hair and relax 😎! Buuuut
The universe had other ideas.🙄
I taught a full yoga class with a throbbing tooth 🥴each downward dog a trip to hell . Then straight into the dentist’s chair, petrified, numbed, praying my nerve will sustain the filling so it doesn't have to be pulled out 🙏🏼 And here I am now, jaw frozen, stomach empty, under one very smug moon and its favourite star ⭐️ realising today felt like it lasted a week. Turns out time slows down the second you’re pushed out of your comfort zone. Every ordinary day blurs together, but the hard ones stretch on forever, because you’re actually there for every second of them.
Thanks goodness for good friends and modern dentistry 🙏🏼 I survived! by @irinahouseofradiance

A magical Dusk in House of Radiance .
A brief moment to contemplate beauty and peace. Bliss and serenity is found in simplicity , in the catching the essence of a winter's dusk or the blooming of my precious hibiscus 🌺 Here I breathe in awe and gratitude to Mother nature for inviting to live with her #selfcaremelbourne #houseofradiance #soundhealing #glownaturally #wellnessmelbourne by @irinahouseofradiance
