This week felt like being Underwater, reflecting about life, love, connection and loneliness. Being in pain is part of life. So it’s important to be grateful about the beauty of life as well and cherish every moment. I’m overly sensitive and I tend to isolate myself when I’m not feeling my best, and I normally don’t share any of this or how I’m feeling. I take this as an exercise to be more open about mental health and let you know, if you’re going through something, everything is temporary and you’re not alone. This world needs more love and kindness, so sending you loads 🔐🖤 by @irinakylish
