on other subject i don't really feel the need, deeply really, i don't, to every summer to spend thousands of euros going somewhere far away, i dont need that all the time all the years, im pretty satistied too with what ive seen until now and also prefer to be more cautious economically, the world is changing.. im lucky enough to have a country like Portugal (with all its problems yes but with its beautiful landscapes too), Im lucky enough to know that external forces exist to create an anxiety to showoff status for external validation, i dont need any of that, i know my path and i live in honesty, in all my layers, like many other people that were happy relaxing in beaches around Tavira, watching the water, touching the sand and exchanging giggles with the people around. Everyone was present. we are lucky, those of us who own proudly our decisions and our trade-offs :) "i decide this so i wont have that" i know which things im gaining while im loosing others. there's a lot of us still
been more cautious and alert with external forces
giggling and loving when possible
• anyway :) some thoughts. ive been really thinking a lot on the damaging effects on not owning and identifying decisions made..how it can turn us into very tense humans with others and ourselves if we don't do that work.. just thoughts taken in Tavira, Algarve, Portugal by @iris.mta

all that involves nature (including us) is about continuous cyclical death :)
if we resist to accept and holdon to trying to control everything i believe humbly we can never be released from some heavy societal and also psychological chains.. You definitly suffer in the process but its necessary:) it goes away// "When you hide the truth you build a wall. When you speak the truth you open a door" // some thoughts. im still learning., but the more i read or see interviews of authors the more i feel all of us are questioning the same things ..
.. the things we don't want to look at with clear eyes, the fear and shame and social labelling leaving an ink in everything

• recently i was listening to an interview on youtube from #sayakamurata that i would like to sugest

• )alguns registos de junho( "music can pierce the heart directly; it needs no mediation" (oliver sacks) it would indeed be nice instead of writing world music festival to write all the genres names and then festival, because i think it can desensitize a person to the complexity of the sounds that can be listened to and mainly the complexity with regards to their origin..anyway as always i suggest this small festival in Loulé, a town in the south of Portugal, not only music but also cinema can be found in the program of this festival and its a way to also support local economy.. which is always nice:)

i also take my time today also to send prayers to Venezuela and all the families grieving due to the earthquake and also to the families of people who died due to the heatwave these days..
