@ses.coves in Campanet has to be one of my favourite places in Mallorca for open-fire cooking.

Fresh seafood, wild-caught fish straight onto the fire, and an amazing grass-fed Galician chuletón. Simple, honest food, beautiful ingredients and that smoky flavour from the fire.
Definitely one for the list if you’re in Mallorca.

Lunch @oma.london in London

Greek food with a Michelin star, very relaxed and casual. A few dips with homemade bread, hummus with lamb and fresh fish straight from the grill.

All with a lovely Greek wine and a view into the open kitchen.

We really enjoyed this one.

We went back to @mercatolivar in Palma, this time for fish and seafood. Everything is so fresh. We went home with some local prawns and a nice John Dory , grilled it all and had the most delicious lunch!

We had lunch @mombo_palma , a small, casual bistro with an open kitchen and sharing plates. The restaurant is recommended by the @michelinguide . We loved everything, especially the grilled tuna belly and the breaded entrecôte. Absolutely delicious!

We went for dinner at @peixibrases , a one Michelin-starred restaurant in Dénia. Excellent quality seafood and fish, and the famous red prawns from Dénia were absolutely amazing. Definitely the highlight of our evening!

In April, we visited @lescols_finapuigdevall the three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Olot, for a very special @ruinart Champagne presentation.

The Ruinart Blanc Singulier was presented in Les Cols’ beautiful vegetable garden in La Garrotxa, followed by an exceptional menu created by chef Fina Puigdevall.

A wonderful experience bringing together Champagne, nature, architecture and gastronomy.

We walked section 12 of the Camí de Cavalls along Menorca’s amazing coastline in the Balearic Islands. Beautiful views, dramatic skies and the clearest turquoise Mediterranean water you can imagine. Absolutely stunning!

We had an amazing time in Vietnam, travelling from Saigon through the Mekong Delta to Quy Nhon. We loved the incredible food, the warmth of the people and the beautiful landscapes. From the busy streets and colourful markets to the peaceful countryside and stunning coastline, Vietnam was a wonderful experience that we will always remember.

We stayed @anantaraquynhon
in Vietnam, in a beautiful beachfront villa overlooking the South China Sea. Waking up to the sound of the waves, enjoying the quiet beach and spending time in our villa made this a very special stay. A beautiful part of Vietnam that we still remember so well.

We had dinner in the restaurant @xeftomeucaldentey Cuiner in Sa Coma. A relaxed and very personal experience, with chef Tomeu serving the wine and each course himself. We enjoyed an amazing tasting menu, prepared with the freshest produce from Mallorca.
