I’m happy to share that my photo “Divided Wholeness” has been named the Artistic Winner at the 23rd Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest — a highly regarded international competition by Smithsonian Magazine, one of the most respected cultural publications, published by the Smithsonian Institution.

“Divided Wholeness” reflects on the nature of the Self — outer unity and inner complexity held in a fragile balance. Body, thoughts, emotions, roles, and a quiet inner core exist as one. A dark, veiled form embodies this sense of “I” as wholeness, while white ruptures reveal inner division and moments of awareness, when this unity begins to crack.

With deep gratitude to @fineartphoto.school for mentorship and guidance, and to @maeva_gachon for inspiration, trust, and presence 💗

Thank you @smithsonianmagazine 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽

I’m happy to share that my photograph "The Fruit Bearer" has been awarded 2nd Prize in the Amateur Nude Photography category at the Best Photography Awards 2025-2026.

Inspired by the visual language of Post-Impressionism, the work explores the profound connection between the human body and the natural world. Holding a fruit-bearing branch, the figure becomes a symbol of life's shared cycles, reminding us that we are not separate from nature, but one of its many expressions.

Thank you, @best_photo_award ✨🙏

And a special thanks to the amazing @the_anna_stacy and my beloved photo school @fineartphoto.school for inspiration ✨🙏

“Portrait of My Husband”

I created these two portraits as part of a photography challenge organised by my beloved photography school @fineartphoto.school . This October, we’re exploring Cubism, and I’ve been absolutely captivated by the style. You’ll be seeing more of my Cubist experiments soon!

For this project, I revisited some photos from my archive and experimented with a new editing style. I loved the results so much that I simply can’t choose between these two versions. 😅

So, help me decide! Which one do you prefer? It’s the same photograph, just edited in two slightly different ways.

Some portraits of the wonderful singer @jacotene , photographed in my studio. ✨

And a little proud moment for me: one of these portraits is now the cover of her single on Spotify and the banner for her Australian tour.

It’s such a joy to see my photographs now living in the world of her music. 🤍
